I took my fiancé in here last week to replace her phone after it was water damaged. We walked in knowing we were eligible for an upgrade and clearly stating our budget for the day and associate still tries to upsell us to the iPhone 16. The more annoying part- we wasted over an hour in store because the associate was completely unknowledgeable in the computer steps to set somebody up. Every thing I asked -let me call my manager steps into the backroom for another 5 minutes. Speaking about us in a different language- the manager on the phone asking if we were suspicious people. It was all just a rude waste of time. Please train people to know how to use metro systems and if the associate can’t handle that alone they shouldn’t be in the store alone. Ridiculously unprofessional.

Terrible service, they don't like helping in METRO
I wanted to change my line to T mobile, they made me call the call center, then they didn't help me, I went to the branch that supposedly they could do it. And what they wanted is for me to pay for 2 lines, theirs and t mobile's. Just because I wanted my number back. They don't even help because it's for T-Mobile itself.
