I went to the store to ask about a promotion and they told me that they did have it, but I didn't hire it at that time, I returned after 2 days and another salesperson (who speaks perfect Spanish) helped me and he told me that they didn't have that plan, which by the way is announced on the official metro website, and I insisted and he told me that they didn't handle it, I was about to leave, when I saw Alex, and I asked him to sign up for the same plan and he told me that if they had it, how strange that the other salesperson He didn't want to serve me or sell a new line, in addition to constantly intervening in our conversation and trying to convince the salesman Alex that they didn't have it and me that that plan doesn't have internet, I ended up hiring him because of Alex's good service, but the other gentleman definitely had terrible service!

Most pathetic mobile theory employees hack our accounts and there's no security. And they can get into our accounts and harass and blackmail us. Complained twice but nothing happened I was not helped. Had to switch my carrier

Terrible service I went to make a warranty claim for damage to a Motorola stylus 5g and they wanted to charge me 250 dollars to give me the new Motorola 5g they told me that my insurance only covered 50% but that cell phone has the price of 299 I felt robbed and scammed I do not recommend that store. The only thing they are interested in is selling, regardless of whether you are a customer. They are very abusive. It is sad that they have such inefficient and abusive staff.

I am not happy with this location do to the bad service this and other places with metro by tmobile are the worse people, they sold me a phone but never gave me a sale of perches recite and never answer there phone. I DON'T RECOMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL..

I made one of the biggest mistakes ever purchasing a phone from this location. I purchased a Motorola on Black Friday weekend from this location and not even 2 weeks later the phone will not turn on it just stays on the loading MetroPCS screen. As soon as I get off work today I will be back up there.
