Very glad I came across this store, I believe they are the same owners from other locations in Irving I keep running into the same staff, they're so helpful and professional, I have social anxiety so going out to buy phones or even speaking to people can be difficult sometimes for me but they make it such a comfortable and smooth process and are always so understanding and helpful !
