Eva is the rudest employee and liar. I was speaking with her for several days about pulling numbers from AT&T to Metro, she suggest getting two accounts. Then when it came down to it, she told me she had the iphone 11 in stock and when it came down to it, she lied to me and told me she only had one, which was a lie cause a friend got 2 the hour after she told me she only had one AND she basically didn't want to do business with me after I confronted her of her lies. She lost a good metropcs customer and she doesn't need to be working for metropcs cause she has NO personality and lies. She told me she had to leave and go get the phones for an hour and told me she got them then when it was time to come do the transfers she lied to my daughter and said she only had one phone and a friend of mine went in an hour later and got 2 iphone 11's. I don't appreciate being lied to. She even mentioned to me saying "do you think I'm lying and holding phones and not want to do business with you", now what kind of person or employee says this to a customer? I don't recommend this store at all! She gave me prices that I wrote down and then was changing that up like she was trying to pocket some of the money. I'm not happy!

I was desperate yesterday evening because my phone had completely quit working. I use my phone for business and personal so it is vital. I ran by this location after a late meeting and arrived around 7:45pm only 15 minutes until close. The young lady working was not only helpful but stayed well past closing to assist me trying to get all my critical data from old phone to new phone ( pics of my mom who passed 2 weeks ago) and contacts. I regret that I forgot her name but her genuine kindness is definitely not forgotten. Kudos to whomever hired this gem of a girl. She makes your store look good.

The people at this place will tell you anything in order to make a sale, but don't e careful because they will tell you we don't know who told you that about warranties its not in the contract. Don't believe what they tell you or you will pay dearly the consequences of believing their lies... My thinking is that because must of the people that goes to this Metro PCS are Hispanic and must can not even write a review, they get ripped-off by Metro PCS. Be very careful of you buy here or look for other place with more ethics or go to a different place or a different company.

I was recently here as I needed a data plan and the lady who took care of us was honestly amazing and needs a raise. I don't think I've ever experienced such great customer service in my life. Unfortunately I can't remeber her namd but she's only after moving here from California. She's a sweetheart and is definitely amazing at her job!!!

Unethical they will try to rip you off, will sneak in items like Premium Handset Protection in your bill without even mentioning it and then they will not remove or refund it. The manager is very rude. Ghetto part of town and run by Ghetto Staff. Customers get pissed and they have cops showing up regularly at the store. Nothing like a corporate store more like a Dealer store with a rude manager treating customers like s*** and also ripping people. Big liars too.
