This dealership has excellent service. I've worked with John who sold me my car last year. I can call him anytime with questions. Waylon and Issac has serviced my car. All three men are VERY knowledgeable about cars and the servicemy vehicle needs. They'll go over and beyond to get your question answered. Everyone here makes you feel comfortable the moment you walk through the door! Excellent service at this location ??.

I had to take my Volkswagen into the dealership due to my check engine light being on. Waylon and Brian in the service department helped me out and they were awesome! They were extremely professional and informative when I had extra questions! My care was under warranty so they got everything fixed up and my tire pressure light was also on and they took care of that without me even asking! Thank you thank you! I dropped my car off in the morning and it was ready to be picked up that night. It was so convenient and timely. Extremely professional and awesome experience at this dealership! Thank you again!

This dealership SCAMS PEOPLE, GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE!!!!! I dropped my vehicle off 8/25/24, due to a small leak detected in the EVAP system, (I had went to autozone for the free diagnosis testing before I decided to take my car to the dealership) before I went to the dealership I had spoken to Brian and was explaining the issues, he stated it could be as small as the gas cap being replaced to an actual leak within the EVAP system. He specifically stated that the $200 diagnostic fee would be waved if I continued with services. So I scheduled to drop my vehicle off first thing in the morning, in the morning I was greeted by Waylon, who took over helping me. 3 days go by before I even get an update about my vehicle, all while I’m trying to get in contact with dealership for any updates with no luck. When I finally do hear from them I’m being told it was just the gas cap that was faulty, and about 3 other additional things that needs fixing (serpentine belt, transmission fluid exchange, and to plug a tire with a nail in it, all 3 of those things amount to 660.13 (labor included), but when I get to the dealership to pick up my car after 5 days of it being at the dealership, the total was $940!!! When I asked about it, they told me it was for the initial reason I brought it in, the small leak detected in the EVAP system, that the new gas cap was $57 and the labor for the testing to make sure there was no leaks was $200. I was completely unaware of this charge, thinking that testing was part of the $200 diagnostic fee!!! Like why would they do that to people, if they would of communicated to me more efficiently I would just asked that they replace the gas cap, turn the check engine light off and let me see if the light would’ve came back on due to a small leak being detected elsewhere besides the gas cap. Like I already was spending over $600 for the recommendations by their mechanic and you mean to tell me I spent an additional $200 for labor that should’ve been included in the waived diagnostic fee!!

Waylon in service has been phenomenal helping get my Jetta issue diagnosed and work with my warranty company to ensure my repair is taken care of. This service department is hands down the best I've encountered in my 45 years! Friendly, timely, and honest.

I contacted this dealership due to a safety recall on my Volkswagen GTI. They were able to get everything fixed within the same day that I made the appointment. Great customer service, also they paid for my Uber rides back to work and to pickup the vehicle. I will definitely be going back to this dealership for any of my vehicle repairs. Truly great dealership.
Oh and they washed my car, which it was needed very bad.

First Stevie is the best salesman I have ever dealt with in all my years. No high pressure we told him what we needed as far as price and he made it happen. We purchased an Atlas and he made sure we knew every detail of that car before we left. This dealership by far is top notch when it comes to customer service. If you’re looking for a Volkswagen, I recommend Principal Volkswagen and ask for Stevie.

If you are going for the 2019 Mustang gt with a roush supercharger for 35k. It's a bait car to get you into the lot.
I set up an appointment with "marryann." I had to hunt and them down to get any sort of follow up after setting an appointment.
They never told me that my appointment was canceled or anything.
I took vacation to make this happen.
This is a bait car plain and simple.
This is coming from a account manager for an international semiconductor company making over 200k a , so to the dealership that will have a weak rebuttal you can save it.
I tested my theory, having my wife send in an inquiry. They called immediately to "set up a test drive" which I'm certain the vehicle would have sold on the way to the dealership.
Be honest next time, and hire better sales reps. They stutter lots of "ums" and you can tell they don't have product knowledge having to "call you back for simple specs"
In short don't waste your valuable money or time here.
