The service here is great. They work fast on my car every time. There is a nice waiting area with wifi and drinks. I had bad experiences with other dealerships before so I prefer to come here even is farther from home.

I bought my 2017 Mercedes CLA250 from Principle in 2021 at the old location. I have been coming back for my state inspection every year. They take good care of me and they wash and vacuum my car after the inspection. No up-sale no fuss, just in and out in better shape than I brought it.

I’ll start by saying initial drop off was a good experience, it’s the lack of communication that gets this place only 2 stars. Waylon was nice and quick, told us it would be 1-2 hours for oil change and state inspection. That was at 11am. 30 minutes later I received a text with a link to show my multi-point inspection and they suggested a tire rotation. I authorized it but received another text with a link around 12:30 with the same suggestion along with a couple others. So I called immediately to make sure they got the tire rotation approval. Waylon said they got it and that my car was almost done. So we headed back that way. By this time it was around 1:30-2 and we waited inside for a bit with still no word about my car. Spoke with someone else and they said they’ll get someone out to us shortly. No one came but I did receive yet another text from Waylon at 2:19 stating my car would be done in an hour. I had no further update or any communication after that so I called around 5pm to ask what was going on. I got no answer and sent to voicemail and asked if they could call me back. 20 minutes later I got a text from Waylon saying my car was ready. Notice in the photo I attached it says “promise time 3:15, ready for pickup 5:15”
They had my car for 6 hours with zero indication it would take that long.
Upon pickup, they saw no issue with how long they had my car and even said “well it was projected at 4 hours” and that was not reiterated to me. I will not be back to this location.

The purchase experience was great. Trying to get anyone on the phone is impossible, however. My car will be going to Hiley for service. I left you a request for call back a week ago.

Got an oil change and a diagnostic done here. Work was done alright. But horrible customer service. Try getting hold of someone on the phone here. Always goes to the voicemail and even if someone answers, they’ll tell you that they will call back and never do. I tried out this place after getting frustrated with another VW dealership and it was the same disappointment. At this point, I would just avoid buying VW because they do not value their customers and only be nice until they sell their cars.

3 months since I paid for it. Multiple calls .... STILL WAITING for my spare key. I won't name names, but the parts department has been unhelpful and not very motivated.

Could not say enough nice things about Bryan. We were worried that our car might break down in the middle of a road trip and he had no issue making sure it was safe for us. Never seen a more patient and kind person at a dealership service center. Wish I was around so this could be our regular service center!

Waylon Britton is why we keep coming back!! Waylon always goes above and beyond in his customer service! We have two Volkswagen Cars, 2020 VW Jetta and 2021 VW Atlas. We did not purchase them at Principle, but the way we are treated by him you would think that we did! Always very straight forward and honest!!

Repaired safety device incorrectly. Will not respond to calls or messages to resolve. Also they refuse to provide an invoice or written evidence of work performed.

I was welcomed as soon as I entered the facility. The diagnosis was prompt. The repair was performed prior to expected date which got me back on the road.
