Do not work here. manager Alicia Sinkler is altering employees time when she isn’t allowed to do so at all especially with temp to hires. She’s not paying employees the full amount of hours they worked and is constantly sending out petty messages instead of acting like a professional manager. I will be reporting her to HR. The other bad reviews about this company from former employees are true. Do not work the covered until you are covered customer service rep position with manager Alicia Sinkler. She is doing this to all her employees and thinks she has the right to alter our pay. They are hiring urgently because they can’t keep people for this exact reason and many other reasons as well. Would not recommend working here at all. Don’t even waste your time you will not be getting paid for it.

They just cant seem to get the shipping correct. What about all the people who need a signature that either aren't home and at work or just don't know when UPS will get there? Seems to me like you lose a lot of prescription's and money that way because you have to reship a new one. There should be no need for signatures anymore since the UPS takes pictures. Pharmacy stop requiring signatures OLD SCHOOL. The communication skills are lacking.

My elderly mother has been waiting a month for her heart medication to be shipped to her from this pharmacy in Texas. First time she called, she was told they never received the fax for her prescription. Second time she called, she was told still no prescription was ever received. She contacted her doctors office, and her doctor RE-sent the prescription via fax. Third time she called, they told her she would receive it on the 13th of December. Today is December 20th, and still no package containing her medicine? She’s on the phone with the company again, on hold for over 20 minutes. Still no answer as to where the package is. Shame on you RxCrossroads!

McKesson is not a good place to work if you want to feel safe, and valued as a Great employee! They don't care about your health, well-being, or life. I was harassed, threaten, and Assaulted, reported to McKesson ethics, and returned the next day just to work 8.75, and let go after all my complaints, and concerns of the treatment I was experiencing in the pharmacy...DO NOT WORK FOR THEM! If you are strong willed, and knowledgeable they don't people that don't need monitoring, and definitely if you go through a temp service they will lie on you, and fire you All management staff needs help on how to run a company, have Empathy, and integrity... ICARE is a total joke when it comes to MCKESSON they need to Hire new Managers the staff will be great if they didn't play favoritism with their, family, old friends, and old coworkers. I VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS PLACE THAT I WAS LOOKING FORWARD TO HAVING LONG WORK EXPERIENCE WITH WITH MY EFFORTLESS WORK ETHICS I've had in Pharmacy since 2002 Shame on The management of 845 Regency how do people work in Healthcare and don't care about their employees or people?

Poor customer service front desk clerk had no idea how to perform her job. She failed to have all necessary documents before the call delaying the shippment. Training and process weak.

Where is the negative star review option? Received a letter that I should receive an extra 30 day supply of a med before being transferred to another patient assistance program and was told repeatedly that I would be getting that extra 30 days. What arrives today? Only one 30 day supply.

I just received my medication today. It arrived slightly ahead of schedule as have all my previous medications! I haven’t had any issues and I’ve been dealing with them for several years now. Additionally, my home is far from Texas; halfway across the United States.

I am a terminal cancer patient. My medication is furnished free from Novartis. Retail cost 28 day supply over $18,000. My shipment comes from McKesson warehouse Irving Texas. Their service has been amazing. Customer service most helpful. I appreciate all they do and am very thankful for their programs of assistance.

If I could give the rating a zero, I would have. My husband has been dealing with this pharmacy for quite some time, it has the worse customer service! His meds never arrive when they say they will, the supervisor of the pharmacy has no idea what she’s doing. Stated to my husband that he could have another pharmacy dispense his meds! Now if this person is a supervisor that knows what she’s doing, she would know or should know that his medication can only come from a specialty pharmacy! If he could go else where, he would have a long time ago. The med was supposedly to arrive today according to them, it has not arrived! Maybe he’ll get it tomorrow, who knows, it’s always a guessing game of when it will arrive. The latest excuse was due to the snow storm we had last week! News flash, we live in upstate New York, it snows here in the winter. This pharmacy is the worse!! Just be aware if your meds are due monthly and you call to re order in plenty of time, you most likely won’t receive them.

I haven't had one order come in on time this year. This month I've spent 3 weeks trying to get my medication (that I take daily or I have to go back to the hospital to take the first dose again). My Dr is part of a huge hospital system and the nurses reply to me day of but for some reason this pharmacy can never get a hold of them. I've spent days stressing about and calling everyone myself to get my medication on time. This shouldn't be this hard for anyone. I can't imagine what people with more progressed health issues have to go through to get their medication.

This appears to be a scam. They called me out of the blue and claimed that they had a prescription to send to me. My doctors always use a local pharmacy near where I live in California. They persistently asked me for my date of birth in order to send the non-existent prescription to me. Beware!
