I have never experienced a storage place SO easy to work with. 5 stars is not enough! Customer service, facilities, did I mention customer service?!! They take pride in their business and I would definitely recommend and come back!!!

I began renting here recently and there is great service and very kind staff. The prices are awesome compared to competition!! The facility is clean and feels calm and not sketchy like other storage rental places. I see myself renting here a good while.

I've been a customer with Macho Self Storage in Irving, TX on Valley View Road (& Rochelle Blvd) since 1994 (28-years). I've enjoyed a very long-lasting relationship with many of their managers. Currently, Charles & Jennifer Hart (the Managers) have been extremely exceptional managers that I have personally known for several years. All of our interactions over many years has been a pure, professional pleasure. I would highly recommend this facility for all of your storage needs. Both Managers are overly exceptional in handling all of my storage needs and I've never had any negative issues in dealing therewith my storage needs. This facility is truly exceptional and I've never had any problems. This facility has taken care of me for many years. If you have any storage needs, this is the facility that I would highly and overly recommend to my friends and family - they are truly highly experienced, friendly, and they await all your business and personal needs in an extremely friendly and business relationship. The facility has 24/7 video for any security needs and they are awaiting your business for all your storage needs - Seriously, this is the best storage facility that you will ever find!

I absolutely recommend Macho Self Storage. Last minute emergency and I am so glad we chose this place. The husband and wife working there were professional and yet it felt like speaking to family. Clean storage space and security. No complaints.
