Meh! Missing vacuuming hoses, some of the vacuum machines did not work, it's expensive for what it's worth, very inconvenient.

I felt safe there. Everything was working properly. But there was no change machine on property. Had to wait across the street.

Change machine doesn't work attachments missing holes and hoses The only chemical that comes out is so probably one of the worst car washes I've ever been to Don't waste your money

Just tried Macho Express Wash this morning 13Aug22 and I won't be back. Only one vacuum had a hose, it took my money, the motor ran, but there was no suction whatsoever. Also the foaming brush function was inoperable in my bay. I actually drove straight to Wave Wash after leaving and paid to have my car washed a second time. I looked for any owner information posted to call and try to get my money back, but there was no info at all. Sadly, not a good experience at all.

Place is filthy. I should have not even tried to wash car. Multiple bays take your money and no phone number to get a refund. Foam brush didn’t work in one. One of the two coin changer was broken. Line for getting change at the one that worked.

Spent $18.00 on car wash and the attendant did not sprayed my windshield so still have the not permanent marker letters on windshield. Spoke to attendant and he told me that they don’t have to do it, that it was a car wash, (if I want to keep the letter I wouldn’t have come to wash my car) so he did not do anything to fix it. I had to go somewhere else to re wash my car. Where they did remove the letters at no extra cost.

Machine took my quarters and didn't give me credit for them. The hoses were ripped to brushes and vacuums. Only reason it's getting a 2 because area was somewhat clean and the third carwash port worked fine

The car wash needs very serious maintenance. None of the sprayers work correctly, nor do they have soap to wash your vehicle.Bad place to go period !!!

The 1st bay had water gushing out the handle and not out the tip and had to leave 2 minutes on the timer and move to another bay, but it was ok after that, things happen and im sure it will b fixed, i probably will go back
