Loved my screens! Called, they came and gave me a quote super quick! Wasn’t able to be in person when they came due to my work schedule however they accommodated me and installed my screeens as soon as they could! Made the process super easy fast and stress free! Gave me exactly what i wanted! Made my house look super modern! Love them! Thank you Lone Star Solar screens! Definitely referring to my Family and neighbors

I have used Lone Star Solar Screens for a number of my rental homes and they have always done a great job. Over the last month I called to get two screens doors measured and setup for screen doors. On this past Saturday, someone from the company showed up without any type of notification and needless to say I was not at home. I called the company back first this morning (Monday) and spoke to Jim to see if I could get someone back out and to let me know when they would come. Per Jim, it's a small job and it best if I get another company to assist. WOW - money talks! Needless to say - NEVER WILL I USE LONE START SOLAR AGAIN.

These Solar Screens make a world of difference for our residents. Not only does the exterior look better, but our overall electric bill has made improvement.! LoneStar is quick when responding to repairs and estimates. Highly recommend!

They don’t even deserve 1 star, but had to give them 1 just so I could post. If you’re looking for a good company with good customer service skills…DO NOT GO HERE! I called to make an appointment for someone to come out & give me an estimate for solar screens & the earliest they could come out to my home was later in the week. I asked to go ahead and book the appointment, but I was going to call one other place to see if they could come out today (mind you, it’s 105 outside and even with the ac on, my home is like 76 inside) so I was trying to find something quick. I told him would call back if someone was able to come out today & he said “oh, well if you’re going to call around we’re going to take you off the books, we’re too busy for that.” And then hung up on me. I was absolutely shocked and immediately called back. Jim answered the phone, and I asked why he hung up on me, he said “I didn’t, we’re just really busy. “ I told him you did in fact hang up on me and I don’t appreciate that as I am someone trying to do business with you. Jim then proceeded to say, “look you obviously don’t like us or our service so find another estimate.” Again, I was absolutely shocked at this level of customer service. I wanted to call the owner of the company, but then I realizedafter doing a little investigating that Jim is actually the owner. Makes me sick that the owner of the company would treat a potential customer that way just cause “you’re busy!” We’re all busy doing things everyday but that gives you no right to lose your manners and act like a complete jerk to someone who chose YOUR COMPANY to do business with. I will NEVER come to this place again & I will NEVER recommend this to place to anyone. Jim, if you’re reading this..you should be ashamed of yourself and your attitude. No one deserves to be talked to the way you talked to me.

VERY Reasonable price and fast installation! Just installed today and already see a big difference on the west side Temperature. Roy and Miguel are very friendly and professional, would love to recommend them to everyone that’s needing the services!

My solar screens look great and really elevate the look of our home. It was a great experience working with Lone Star and I highly recommend them. They answer their phones- which is a huge plus in this day and age and provided exactly what we wanted in a very short time frame.

Had 2 solar screens damaged in a storm. Called Lone Star & they sent an estimator out a few days later. Installer just came & put them all. They perfectly match the existing screens. Highly recommend.

Great product and service!This is our second time buying from them and they always have great service. Guys show up on time and explain everything. They custom made screens and installed in three days.The outcome is great. The heat reduction is very noticeable.Side note that’s cool- the guy who came out has been there since he graduated HS, 23 years He said there are several others that have been there for over 15. That speaks to the quality of the company.

We had our solar screens installed 10 years ago because we face west and there was a lot of light and heat coming in. We recently had 2 of the screens fall off during a storm and Lone Star Solar Screens sent someone out to replace them right away. Really impressed by this level of customer service!!

Hands down one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had with work done on my home. Our upstairs has been noticeably cooler with adding the screens. Their pricing and the materials they used were better than two other companies we had give us quotes. The screens looked great with custom grids to match our windows exactly. One screen came off our house recently during a bad storm and they still replaced it under warranty with no hassle. I don’t know about these other reviews, but everyone I’ve spoken to at this business has always been kind, professional and eager to help us. They’re always up front about time tables and any supply issues that could cause a delay too. Although we have always gotten prompt service.

Great job to Jim, Victor P. and Roy for providing a easy plus outstanding service installing solar screens on my house. Jim was detailed, fast and welcoming on the multiple calls we had. Easy process and no long wait times. The prices are also great! We will definitely refer our neighbors and friends to this company. Keep up the good work!
