Jessica Richards is absolutely horrible. Try calling the number she posted outside the door.. & see who answers(Uploaded photo). Fake number. Website says Hours of Operations 8:30 - 5:00PM. Rushed & Got there at 4:45PM only to get turned away because drug screen hours are until "4:30PM". I asked them, why didnt they answer the phone when i called before heading there?, she said that she has been answering the phone all day. Just like Jessica Richards, phone calls are a joke, why bother putting a phone number there? Dont bother calling, no one is gonna answer.

I had my lab work done here on 06/25/2024 and had great experience. It was like in-n-out. Had my appointment at 8:45am and reached by 8:45am and out by 9:05 am. Highly satisfied with who assisted me.Had similar experience last year also.

I was here for a routine exam and the lady who is in admission apparently is the laboratory supervisor, this was today 5/24/24 at 9:30 am.
She treated me very badly, she was very rude and told me to get out of her window while I was waiting to speak with a manager simply because I did not understand a word in English, this is not good, it is customer service, they should have better treatment and train people better who are in charge of the business. Fortunately, a girl named Stefany helped me later, she was very kind and thanks to her I was able to take my exams. I spoke with the manager, I hope they do something with this person, I felt humiliated and I wouldn't wish that on anyone who needs service here.

The receptionist is so rude. I went up to her to confirm if she had received the check-in for my dad, she cut me off and in an annoyed voice followed by a look of why are you bothering me, said " He will be called back shortly". Along with two other employees also seemed bothered by other patients waiting to be called back. They talk really loud to each other and so unprofessional. I'll have to take my dad to another Labcorp and hopefully they are courteous.

Awful service. I went to do a biometric screening as a benefit from my employer. The lady at the counter didn't find my profile due to negligence. I had to went out and do a call to see what happened and came back to talk and suddenly she was able to find my profile. At the end, they did my bio screening test, but I'm not sure if it is going to be delivered or the test is going to be disposed. Now I understand why the 2.2 stars review. A piece of advice, go somewhere else or order a home test kit. This is definitely not worth your money, but more importantly, your time.

My recent visit to LabCorp for routine lab work left me with conflicting impressions. While the blood draw experience with Stephanie was exemplary and deserving of five stars, the encounter with Leslie at the front desk was disappointingly lacking.
Upon arrival, Leslie's demeanor was less than welcoming. Her lack of basic manners and apparent disinterest in addressing even simple queries left me feeling frustrated. It's disheartening to encounter such a dismissive attitude in a customer-facing role.
Thankfully, Stephanie's professionalism and warmth during the blood draw process were a stark contrast to Leslie's behavior. She went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and ease, earning my highest praise.
It's evident from my experience and numerous similar reviews that LabCorp needs to address the recurring issues with their front desk staff. While Stephanie exemplifies the quality of service customers expect, Leslie's performance falls far short of expectations. It's time for LabCorp to take these concerns seriously and strive for consistency in customer care across all aspects of their operations.

I visited yesterday for a pre employment drug screening, and honestly, the reviews kinda scared me HOWEVER my experience with them was great. Everyone was super friendly! They explained the process to me very nicely.

Let me start by saying that once you manage to get to the lab area, it’s smooth sailing. Great phlebotomist, very courteous and professional. Getting back there was an ordeal. The fact that I had an appointment meant nothing, that I checked in by phone- again nothing. After waiting 20 minutes past my appointment time, I went to the desk, and was instructed to write my name on the check in sheet. When I stated that I had already checked in digitally, she replied “it doesn’t work”. While I waited another 25 minutes, the desk attendant would call out patient’s names, and often identify what test the patient was there for. Example: she loudly asked a patient sitting across the room if he was there for a drug screen. She had never heard of HIPAA, or patient confidentiality, apparently. The worst experience I have ever had at any lab. Go anywhere but here.

I dread giving blood. I'm that nervous, skirmy guy when it comes to drawing blood. I have to say my experience today changed how I'll look at it forever. Tiffany was phenomenal. I will request her every time. Big high five to Keekee and Nelisha at the front desk too! You guys were awesome!

Go anywhere but here. Drug screens are done only when they want to. They pick & choose patients and are very rude and talk back way too much. Front staff are terrible.

There is a new person(who denied to give his name when i asked) in the front desk who knows nothing and not ready to help customers. Im visiting this place for past 2 years for routine lab work and all of a sudden today he says insurance information is not coming up in the system, your id is not active blah blah.
But the actual thing is he is not knowing how to pull the record and not ready to accept that he doesn’t know.
I spoke to my insurance provider and lab corp support infornt of him, both people confirmed this insurance number is active.
Now due to a unskilled person in front desk now i have to rebook my appointment for monday.
Another beauty is there is no onsite manager at the location who can answer or help patients. There was a number which goes to voice mail.
Labcorp need to take an action.
Im not the only one customer affected today. I saw another person who waited 40 mins after checkin and they didnt call him finally they said we are closed for the day

I went in this place last Friday, did bloodwork and PAID and got a receipt. Came here today 6 days later and they swear I didn’t pay and gave me a number to call after showing them where it was taken out my bank acct. So they didn’t take complete the order the dr sent. Called the number, plus got my receipt!! I’m going to a different location to get my blood drawn at this point.
