I whis I could read the reviews before. The worst place to do nail the lady do wherever she wants very bad work just a few color options and she asked for payment. before the work is done and with out showing the options of colors.

I wish i had read the reviews before I came here. I only came here because I was at the gym and it was right here but NEVER AGAIN!!! I wish I could give a negative million stars. I've been working for almost 3 weeks straight and callous had built up on the bottom of my feet and heels (I walk a lot at work). I told her she didn't scrape it off and she tried again very lightly. Everything was so lightly. I wish I would've went with my first mind and made the drive to where I usually go, when she asked that I pay first. She also didn't have a menu and just started naming prices. I went with the $25 spa pedicure cause I had a feeling that it was going to be a mess! Boy was I right! When I was dry, I felt under my feet and they still have callous on them. I'll never patronize her again. I don't see how she's still in business. Then when I looked at the sign,it said $15.99 for pedicures before 4pm on Wednesday only. Today is Wednesday and I was there way before 4pm. I went back in and she proceeded to start yelling and saying how that's only if she's done before 4pm. Save the lies for someone who will believe them. I'll let God handle her cause HE can take care of her waaay better than I can. She's having ppl pay before service(s) and she's not even fulfilling the service(s)!!

DONT come here. I am so sad and mad at myself for not reading reviews before coming here. I was so excited to get my nails done and wanted to try somewhere new. At first it wasn't too bad... but i asked for almond shaped white tip nails... and not until after she put white tips on did she let me know it would be 50$ and I was like ok no worries.. she said acrylic was better for me than gel. I'm like ok I'm gonna trust her she seems like she's so nice...... WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. She didn't cut my cuticles and when she started shaping my nails... I was in disbelief. And I am not one to be picky at all. I do love a good customer experience but even if someone's rude as long as muy nails are nice I will overlook it... but when I looked at the shape it was ROUGH. I showed her my picture again and she said "ohhhhh...... well mostly old ladies get that (mind you she was older) and like moms. Are you sure? Popular is square and coffin! Only moms and...... *black people* (she whispered this) get those" and she was SO NICE that when she said that in that time I got super uncomfortable. I understand older people can be like this but it wasn't the only racist remark she made after that! . I really wanted to like this place, and my nails, and the staff. But it was so uncomfortable and my nails look really really thick and not at all like my picture and I am legit SO SAD. Will not return.. still looking for a consistent place :(

I feel bad for posting this because the older lady was sweet, but I have to be honest...this is the worst manicure I've ever had. I actually took them off when I got home because I couldn't go on my work trip like that. She makes you pay before so I couldn't even get my money back.

The lady was in a rushing doing my toes and she cuts almost all of my nails off my toes and I got France tip and she didn’t put the polish right she left like a whole gap that didn’t have the white polish on it and she probably did the whole thing probably like 10 minutes max and then when I told my mom let’s go somewhere else she got mad and she don’t want to do what I asked for she told me no and told me to just to get France tip

I went yesterday, Sunday, and took my 2 grandaughters, ages 3 & 7, just to get toes and nails painted and my regular nail shop charges $10 per child just to paint, well, this lady charged me $9 to paint both kids which I'm ok with and then charges me $8 for each child of clipping and filing their nails, she NEVER filed or trimmed their nails cause mom did it before we left yesterday to go to nail shop. The lady kept telling me to go sit in front of her place while she works on my 7 year old granddaughter and now I know why. I never thought I would pay $34 for 2 children just painting toes/nails. thats ridiculous. I wont go back. Then last night in bath tub polish came off 3 year old fingers, so i don't recommend this shop at all.

Do not waste your time. The worse place for customer service, if you don't speak their language they will dismiss you if you trying asking questions. No one else was in the establishment for them to say they were too busy. I just asked on what kind of pedi they have since it was my first time. Unprofessional.
