Javier and the general manager made my experience so great! Even though it was busy they made sure I was kept updated and got my oil change and brakes flushed ina good manner. Thank you guys.

Best Kwik Kar I’ve been to, quick oil change, they let me know what other maintenance I needed done and plugged 2 tires for me when it wasn’t even a service they provide. Badass! I’m new to the neighborhood so I think I just found my local oil service shop.

As soon as I pulled up, the attendant cussed in frustration. Then I was told to go inside (usually can stay in car for oil changes) and it smelt like a cigarette lounge - super nauseating. There was Beetlejuice cartoon playing obnoxiously loud and the attendant taking my info kept saying “huh?” When he asked me a question and didn’t hear my answer over the tv. It took quite a while in comparison to other oil changes. All in all, probably the worst experience I’ve had, maybe ever. I’m sure they’re nice people but, this place needs some work.

Highly recommend Kwik Kar. I got my inspection and oil changed on my first visit, and decided to return to have my transmission serviced. Thank you to Stacy and the whole staff for making my experience a positive one.

They did change the oil very quickly but the quality of the oil was low grade and when I asked them to check the tire pressure they ignored me, even though it was included in the service, very bad customer service tbh.
