I've used lots of oil change places over many many years. And I was always fond of the Valvoline franchise up until my last 3 times at 3 different of their locations where each ignored my oil weight preference
I am switching to this Kwik kar location for all my future business. The folks are friendly, do a good job with 0 issues of any kind.
My truck is my work truck and I depend on it 1500+ miles a week. Kwik kars attentiveness has gained my trust.

During the state inspection, I was kept waiting for more than an hour, when the process is supposed to take between 10 and 20 minutes. Upon arrival, only one vehicle was being attended to. Once that vehicle was finished, I did not receive any further instructions or attention. I arrived, was handed a form which I filled out, and afterwards I was kept waiting without explanation.

such a great experience! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. they got my oil change done fast and made sure everything was running smoothly before I left. I really appreciate their honesty and customer service. This will be my go to spot now. :)

Cesar was amazing! Autozone told me to go to Chrysler, but I decided to go to Kwik Kar and it Took him less than 3 minutes to fix my headlight! I’ll be back for my oil change! Thanks !

I have a European car and was told by 3 places that they could not change my oil. The team at Kwik Kar knew the part number, showed it to me, and new car manufacturer groups that showed how the other places should have been able to. I appreciate the knowledge and help. Great customer service. Jake was great!
