Marcus greeted me and was extremely nice and professional. He provided me all the details I needed and how long to expect to wait for my state inspection. My husband and I always use this location for state inspections and have never had a bad experience.

They charged me $35 for a pair of windshield wiper blades, supposedly to get past the state inspection. The most expensive thing I could pay is $20 at Autozone or Walmart.

It was time for my oil change so I checked and I found a discount coupon for $25 in my email. Thanks for that ?
The tech showed me my air filter and warned me about my brake pads. As I was leaving another tech ran after me and explained my brake pads were as thin as my ? key ?. I couldn’t afford it that day but had a friend change them the next day and I’m dearly grateful for that tech chasing after me to let me know the seriousness. My sensor was disconnected so I never would’ve known.

I was asked if i wanted my cabin filter changed and I told the guy i would change it my self he changed it any way and charged me for it. Not happy with that.
