I have had very bad experiences with buying expired(up to months) items. You expect when you go grocery shopping that only fresh items will be stocked. But this is not the case make sure you check all the items before you leave the store because just this weekend I bought a cereal that expired back in February and a package of meat that expired within two days. In the past I have had( meat, pancake mix, produce that were expired. I have taken the items back to them to get a refund but this time I was not received well yesterday. They made me feel like it was my fault. The customer service lady is always kind but in this case the nightly management was rude. I do not plan to frequent this store anymore it is unsanitary and an inconvenience to have to go back to get a refund.

If I could give 0 stars I would.
Not only felt disrespected and offended by an attitude from the cashier when checking out with two kids, but she also got super close to my face kid and yelled at her.
The initial encounter when loading every item was disrupted by my kid (2 year old), when she cried . The lady scanning everything initially unwelcome us with a disgusting face towards my kid when she cried. We had several items to not scan and gave me attitude when asking if I had more ? Because she had already called the people to get them , this was before waiting until the very end. That put me in an uncomfortable situation . But I let it go.
Things got worst when my oldest kid grabbed the machine to scan one of the items, she yelled towards us to give that back and waited for my kid to returned it. When she was close to her, she put her face very close to my kid and yelled “YOU HAVE TO ASK FOR THIS”!!.
At the end of scanning and ready to Pay I even thank her for her patience. She then said : I DONT!!! Claiming that my kid snatched a chocolate from her when she didn’t. And then I even apologize to her and she said thank you “ with an attitude.
My husband had to go back to talk with a store manager, since this is not the first time I encounter a situation where I felt disrespected and emotionally attacked.
The lady ( I know her name but I’m not going to defame her ) called to apologize later after my husband talked to someone in there.
Even if it’s a long ride I’d rather go to another store before coming back.

I love this store the people are always so friendly their their prices are the same kind of prices as everywhere else. Their meat is fresh and so is their produce. Plus you get gas points. The only thing I don't like about it is the parking lot is always so crowded there is not enough parking places or enough buggies sometimes you have to wait for a buggy.p

This is a disgusting Kroger's. I throughout the past years I have continuously found various expired goods from here. The most recent was a pizza crust that was over 6 months expired (when I grabbed my replacement i saw there were still 4 more that were expired more than 4 months ago). In addition to this the other expired items that were sold to me were sports drinks, piecrust, milk, pasta sauce etc. If you do shop here i urge you to check EVERY label before purchasing because a few of the items they refused to replace the Items for me. They need to find someone else to do inventory.

I had three negative experiences during one shopping trip: 1) I went to the deli to purchase sliced lunch meat and the employee at the counter said she can’t use the slicer and the person who uses the slicer is only there in the mornings. 2) I used a self checkout and the item was marked $2.99 in the shelf, but rang up as $4.99. An employee said she was going to do a price check but the manager assigned her to something else before she had a chance to do so. 3) The store also had a strong marijuana smell both inside and in the parking lot.
