Good Pharmacy folks work here. They never give any hard time using the RX discount card. They will use the discount code themselves if you ask them.

40 minutes wasted. Made confirmation ( entered insurance information, etc.) the night before ( to save time). I was told my Medicare insurance would not pay. I let them know that that was not logical. I was told that there must be a glitch in Medicare AND Blue Cross systems, and I could wait until Medicare got their system working. At no time did I feel there was any form of “ customer service” from the cashier or the pharmacist. The only reason for the one star is because negative stars are not available.

I called the pharmacy today and spoke with Rosemary. She was very attentive and professional, took the time to explain the medications I had to pick up and was able to assist me with my questions. She took the time to speak with me and was not rushing me I appreciate being treated this way specially when I know they are busy at the time.

Hmmm not sure how to feel about this place.During peak hours is hard to find a parking spot.Inside is ok they have a wide selection at ok prices.The reason I give them two stars because their prices are ALWAYS not as advertised or whats on their label.Its either a stocking problem, mislabeling or something in their system. You go in and they have a sale on something, take a picture of the label and the price still rings out different at the end.Im tired of this kroger and them doing that old bait and switch.Thank God the new Albertsons is opening up soon

Severely understaffed. I waited ten minutes (before I gave up) for someone to come to the meat department to see if they had any chicken breasts in the back, they had none on display. Tried Aldi next too was also a mess. Tom Thumb was the winner here.Kroger's vacuum sealed cheese had mold on it and when I went back to return it, the staff that was there were not helpful, missing on lunch break (at 4pm??) and half asleep.When in the south, Tom Thumb over Kroger any day.

I love this store and employees but it concerns me that they sell so many dented cans. I know that other Kroger outside this neighborhood do not. It just seems wrong to send the substandard items to my store. Just seems wrong!

My family and I kept using this pharmacy location for years out of convenience, but not anymore - just not worth the hassle. Kinda sad, but it almost seems like the personnel would rather lie about not having a prescription than checking. Literally was told our prescription was not ready and not even 5 minutes after leaving the pharmacy, we get a text it's ready. Definitely not the first time or I would not be leaving a negative review (first one I've ever posted).

I placed an order 11 days before pickup, for a $75.00 Thanksgiving Day meal to be picked up 11/24, which was a Wednesday. Two days before the scheduled pick up from the Grauwyler location, the woman in photo ( keep reading to know how I knew), called me saying something to the effect that she was having to call all the customers to let them know that their store "got scratched " and she was having to call all their customers and tell them that they didn't have any Turkeys to fill orders ! But If I wanted to do Prime Rib ... which is 10.00 more, I could do that . She suggested I call ( what I call The North Kroger ) the one at 635 and MacArthur and gave me the number after looking it up . The north came thru and I am forever grateful. They even said I had gotten the last one . BUTTTTTT, I proceeded to still go to the Grauwyler Kroger because I had other items I need to pick up on the way home from Work and I see the employee , putting the same box I had gotten from The north Kroger . It was the same distinctive voice I heard on Monday, that was loading the box. Did she lie? It's not like I placed the order the day before and expected them to produce. It was 11 days .

Worse pharmacy ever if it wasn’t for my insurance only excepting this pharmacy I would never come here .. they are very unprofessional seems like they don’t know what they are doing .. I had to come back and get my medication corrected because they did not give it to me properly then they don’t even give u syringe worst pharmacy ever !!!!! If u can avoid this place please do You have been warned

If I could give this place zero stars I would! I cannot put into words how infuriated I am in this store I purchased ready to feed baby formula on September 16th my 3 month old baby had been fussy & has had projectile vomiting with chunks. Today I checked the bottle & the milk has been expired as of Aug 1,2021. I never bothered to check before because I've never had this issue & shouldn't it be the stores responsibility to check their items!!!!! CHECK YOUR PURCHASES FOR DATES BEFORE PURCHASING!!!

Prissy pharmacist with uncaring, dismissive, arrogant attitude. Never had any issue before in the 15+ years I've used this pharmacy. The rest of the staff is, and has always been, consistently excellent. I'd strongly suggest they send this guy (whom I've never seen before...very new, at least to this location) back to wherever he came from. "Healthcare professional"...what a joke. Has all the compassion of a concentration camp guard.
