The 2 movers used stall tactics to prolong the time. I had a one bedroom apartment and everything thing was already packed in boxes and bins. The only large items were 2 part sofa, mattress, bed frame, 2 TV stands, large freestanding mirror, large picture, 3 TV's. The driver stayed on the phone which delayed time. I was quoted 95. an hour. When I called back to schedule my appointment the owner James went up to 105. an hour plus an additional 75. trip charge. They showed up at 10:00 a.m. When I asked does the time start now I was told by Leroy not to worry about the time. He said you were charged 90. an hour I said no. It took them 2 hours to load the truck and 3 hours to unload. When I complained I was told if I give them a tip (which I always tip) I wouldn't have to pay anymore than what I was quoted. They broke one of my TV stands and didn't tell me. When I called James Kingdom Mission Movers at (214) 316-3217 I didn't get an answer and voicemail was full so I couldn't leave a message. I texted telling him that his guys broke my tv stand and asked him to call me but still have not heard from him. I was moved on March 30. I was told by a friend that the guys only make 12. an hour and that's why they stall working for time.This is not how you do business, I would not recommend them.

Amazing experience. Thank you so much for everything. Couldn’t be more helpful and had no issues with anything. Perfect dismantling and reassembling of furniture. Over the years I have used Kingdom Mission Movers more times than I can honestly remember. James and his staff of professional movers always do a fantastic job and manage to do the impossible - that's why I keep using them. I highly recommend Kingdom Mission Movers to everyone because they are truly the BEST!!!

Had to move last minute and James was able to accommodate me. James and Darius were professional, efficient and super friendly. Helped me move a TON of stuff up to a 3rd floor apt in less than two hours. Awesome job !!!

Provides 2 numbers to call. One is not a valid number and no one will answer the second number. It rings til the voice message answers but you can not leave a voice message because the box is full. Unprofessional.

I just filed a complaint on the BBB & it turns out there was already a complaint on file because they're not licensed as the advertise on there website. If I could give these guys zero stars I would. First of all they quoted a price of $175 for moving ONE item, then they asked were there ANY stairs? My wife told them yes, they said it would be another $25 fee they NEVER asked how many stairs. Upon arrival it took them damn near an hour to get my $4000 zero gravity massage chair out of the house even though I told them several times the door would have to come off because thats how I got it in. After 30 minutes tweedle dee & tweedle d*** realized they needed to take the door off. Then it took another 20 minutes to put it back on. After arriving at my new residence they asked what floor was I going to? I said 3rd floor & they started complaining about stairs. James said if he would have known it was the 3rd floor he wouldn't have taken the job. Then he said it was going to cost more money, I told him we already agreed to a stair fee if he wasnt smart enough to ask what floor before taking the job thats his fault, but I told them I would give them an extra $50 if they got it upstairs or I could just pay someone else to get it upstairs. After struggling & complaining he asked me could I go hire someone to help them. I found another person & he found another person which I ended up paying them $40 apiece. After finally getting the door off & the chair inside & unwrapped I noticed my remote was broken. And james actually had the nerve to ask me for the extra$50 after I paid the other two workers $80 & they damaged my chair. ARE YOU SERIOUS? Then he tried to send the other guy with the teeth that looks like he bites holes in donuts to intimidate me. WRONG! After he saw I wasn't intimidated he told me good luck trying to get that m*********** fixed. I felt the same way about his teeth but I just said I would be filing a claim in small claims court since they are bonded & insured. After he said a few more curses at me I closed the door in is face.

They did a great job moving a table out of storage for me and are very professional. The table is quite heavy but these gentlemen know what they were doing and moved the table with no problem. I will be using them again.
