HONEST REVIEW: EDIT TO AN HONEST REVIEWReview from 10/23I know everyone has their own experience, but I have had nothing but issue after issue with this office.Make sure you drill them on all the details and be sure to stay on top of the communication yourself. If you don't they will not make the effort to keep you informed.Took months to get my policy worked out, with phone calls, emails, and texting. There was even a period where no one was answering the phone nor returning my callsI was told one price and then charge another, when I called to question I was told they were sorry that I was mis informed but this is how it goes. I will say they are polite as they can be, I did get the vibe she was super annoyed though about it. However, giving out mis information and then simply just saying sorry isn't really not cool."Again we are sorry for the misinformation but there's nothing we can do."Another review 10/23/23Got an email saying my premium was going up. The email was super misleading. No dates given no monthly info given (which is how I pay) just a generalized this is how much you'll be going up and not when it was happening. Had to call the office. Had to ask 3 different ways to get an actual answer.I will be going to a new insurance company. I've tried really hard to give this office a shot but they drop the ball constantly.Like I said, everyone has their own experience. I'm not knocking any of the other reviews this is just mine. I'll finish out my policy and most likely switch agencies.

Everyone at this office is a joke, including Kameren. Been promised a prompt response for the issues going on with my policy, yet no email back or call back. I’ve asked to speak to Kameren, yet he’s no where to be found and doesn’t respond to emails.

edited review -you never said I don't quality for the good student discount through phones and emails. I don't remember a single time you people called me about this, every time I was the one reaching out. I'm a full time International student and have grades according to what is asked, the one replying to this review please have your facts checked. Just don't respond because you have to. Rather try to solve the issue. Thanks!

I have had a very bad experience with the State farm agents at this office. My billing is all over the place. I once received 4 different bills within a month with none of them matching the quote I had received. Efforts to rectify the situation were unsuccessful. The staff kept promising that the issue would be resolved within a week and its been more than 3 months now. Emails remain unanswered and on the call I was repeatedly told that I would be given a call back but never was.Avoid.UPDATE: Upadting star rating to 3. Kameren promptly got in touch with me and sorted out the issue. My billing is accurate now.

The office is very nice to help me transfer my policy from WA to TX, and Stephanie has been very patient to guide me step-by-step during the whole process even though my English was not perfect. Thank you!

Avoid this state farm agent at all costs. I received a six month premium quote for X amount but was charged for$80 more than the quote premium. I was not intimated by any of the staff about this increase so I was shocked when I checked the credit card statement. Staff is not helpful or easy to approach.

I can totally understand why this guy has so many awesome reviews. This is a one-stop shop for all your insurance needs. Homeowners, car, life. They’re on top of it. Not pushy. Not trying to oversell it. He and his team really do make you feel like family! Happy to do business and and highly recommend his agency.
