Used to take my dogs here all the time, but now its been neglected and doesn't work. The door to keep the dog inside doesn't close, it doesn't take card, it's dirty and it in general doesn't work anymore.

Noooooo the first one was let go but again I lost my money, it's terrible this place looks quiet but it makes your hair stand on end to see that it's not what you expected
I put the money in and then it appears to me that the hoses are cut and I couldn't rinse, then I had to put money in another one to be able to finish, which is terrible, I'll never go back

Only way this place is spot free is if you wipe all the dirt off with a rag. I put in 8 quarters and soap never came out of the wand. Will never go to this place again. I will be filing a formal complaint to the city of irving for fraud.

I would only talk about the DIY DOG GROOM. Stinks inside not well cleaned...payed $10 at least to see if the wash worked....it did but only water came out, No shampoo nit conditioner, NOTHING definitely wouldn't go back

Half the machines do not work. The ones that do work don't have all the soaps and de greasers. Will not recommend this place nor visit again.

I don't recommend it unless you want to waste your money and waste your time, vacuum cleaners don't work Soap brush so little you really waste your time if you go to this place.

Very upset with this car wash, I know it’s not their fault but somebody left screws and nails on the ground. One of them got stuck in my tires. The place is full of trash and debris. Most of the functions do not work, for example the tire cleaner and the low pressure soap doesn’t even turn on. Do not recommend coming here.

It was not a really bad experience. It was my fault after trying to get coins and NOT TOKENS, then I tried to find an attendant, but it was impossible in order to solve that mistake. I COULDN'T USE THOSE TOKENS!!!!

Please I recommend it to anyone to pay by card. Since they charge you much more than what you use when selecting your payment. That happened to me. And they generated a double charge for me.
