Bought lash extension glue here (for cluster lashes) which I then used on a separate applicator, the glue ended up giving me an allergic reaction. I came back to return it and the lady up front said Im not able to, because of a small rip in packaging from opening (for they can resell it). Understandable but why resell lash glue, even then if customer isn’t satisfied why wouldn’t I be able to return it and purchase a normal lash glue or different product. ?

Rude people work in this store, there is a sales guy with a lot hair that will come and talk to you rudely, as well as a girl with huge glasses in the wig area, they come and gang up on you in the wig area and pressure you to make a decision and leave. I do not recommend this place, they will leave you struggling trying to find a wig

Dont believe the gospel music that they play. I would never give my money to them. If your child picks something up they are right there asking for it back. They act like your going to rob them. They have no respect.

Refuse to allow me to try on a wig because I have lots. I explained that I wear wigs over my locs, and my locs are not that long. She refused. She went on to say that it will rip the lace. FT!

One of the workers followed me around the store the entire time I was there as if I was going to steal. I then asked him questions to try to find things and he was just super short and rude. To top it off, he tried to hide the fact that he was following me by stocking shelves on each aisle I was on, but didn’t even say excuse me as he continuously walking past me in the very narrow aisles.
