Friendly staff, Jeff was extremely helpful and very detailed in explaining every step. I used an online source to do my taxes prior. However, I will be using Jackson Hewitt from now on. I had a very pleasant experience. I hope Jeff is there next year to help me in the process of my tax return.

Jeff was so helpful, patient and thorough. I appreciated his attention to detail and explaining every step of the way. I recently moved to the area and every place I called had a recording. I scheduled an appointment online for a different tax company. I thought I had an appointment, even received a text the day of confirming the appointment. When I arrived the office was empty. I panicked because I was running out of time to file. I called place after place only to receive a recording. New to the area, I was feeling hopeless. Then I called Jackson Hewitt and Jeff answered the phone and he was able to take me right then. In that moment hearing a human on the other end was a life saver. Thanks Jeff.

Raynelle was an absolute angel. (Hope I spelled your name right.) I didn't know angels had pink hair but yes I am here to let you know they do! She got me an awe$$$$ome refund!!!! I went in without an appointment. The tax preparer was very friendly, polite, talkative, and very knowledgeable. Willing to help when I needed it. I would rate thus place a 10/10. That's how good it is. I just hate that I didn't catch her name.

This is the 3rd year with the company. The first 2 was ok, but this time, it was a better experience. The gentleman was very polite and made small talk. This year it made a big difference. I felt like he made up for the past experiences . I would give them another chance , but only if he can do my taxes again.
