Took a SONY sound bar (SA-CT260H) and a SAMSUNG Blu-ray player (HT BD1250 A) with a volume knob that didn't work correctly and refused to work on either of them. Said that they don't work on soundbars because they "don't make replacement parts for them". And based on the model number of the Blu-ray player said that he couldnt find the parts and then proceeded to tell me the website where I could find the parts but I would have to buy them myself. I would give them 1 star bit he was super friendly and I appreciate good customer service.
UPDATE: I took upon myself to take them apart to see if I could fix it. The Sony sound bar has a bad MOSFET P CHANNEL chip. (9561AGM). I found a pack of 5 on Amazon for $5.76. Atlas Electronics is going to handle the soldering.
The Blu-ray player was the easiest. The little PCB the controls the volume was dirty I guess because scrubbing it with alcohol and an old toothbrush fixed it.
I feel like it would of been REASONABLE to at least try to see what was wrong with them. But you do reserve the right to accept or decline any repair that comes through your door. I was just reviewing my experience. Nothing personal.

I am so pleased with the troubleshooting and the service. I went to Best Buy that wanted to charge me a lot to wipe my entire computer. They helped me when I was panicking and calmed me down with a solution for my desktop computer (without wiping my hard drive). I will definitely recommend this business and will utilize it myself in the future. Thank you.

! Proceed this company with caution. I took my 50 inch Vizio tv in to get a back light replacement nothing broken. They told me they would order a part. When the part came to them it was an empty box. Then they told me it’ll be another week to get it reordered. Then they call me and tell me they had to get an extra part so backlight part and they needed an additional part. Then after another week they tell me they can fix the issue after they opened up the tv to see what was wrong they knew which part was needed and then tell me they can’t fix it after I paid for the part they told me was needed. They have lots of tvs just sitting around in their shop. I would never recommend this shop for TV REPAIRS ever!

Awesome quick service that was well priced. The owner was super friendly and seemed to take great care of my Tv. They fixed my TV display back to new condition so far, so good! highly recommend this shop they will definitely have my business in the future!
