It's one of those places that still hold a place in my heart from childhood, it's not as active as it once used to be but there are still some stores and restaurants in there. If you live 10-15 minutes away I'd say it's worth visiting. Anything above that probably not

I just visited last week despite a bunch of negative reviews and surprised to see too many vendors, super clean place and the prices “wow” compared to other places super affordable. Nice job by management. Will visit again

Poor management. Calitex Management don’t care about tenant and customers and not helpful. The place are left unkept and unattended. The bathroom damaged and locked up sometimes. Tenant are treated unfairly and unjustly. - Their tenant are asked to fixed any electricity and heat outage on their own expenses and with their own electrician. The electricity and heater unit does not work and make the unit to get cold and sometimes freeze up. Tenant report to simon gurung derek boisse calitex llc management. The management refused to fix and ask tenant to bare all the responsibility to get and pay an electrician to restore the power outage and heater or they should moved out of the unit is the second option provided. A lot of tenant has moved out and some evicted due to unattended and unfair poor management. The units are freezing and management refused to fix outage and refused to bare the expenses and cost. A lot of tenant moved out and some of those in the bazaar are complaining and suffering due to this unfair and unjust treatment by Calitex LLC.

Many shops closed. Some local food and other misc clothing/electronics/overstock/perfume businesses are left within.

This place is literally never open when they are supposed to be it's annoying driving here just to see them closed.
