IMT management and maintenance team were great when I lived there! They addressed any issues very fairly and promptly as possible. The maintenance team was always on top of things anytime I called them. The property was well maintained and I enjoyed living there. These facts made my stay more pleasurable as possible. Thank you all for everything!!!!!

IMT Lakeshore Lofts has a great maintenance team. They are friendly and helpful and respond to requests efficiently. Miguel and his crew go above and beyond every time! Miguel is a problem solver and wants the best for the tenants. Thank you IMT maintenance team for your quick help with my washing machine last week!

I would like to bring special attention to maintenance staffers, Pedro Ventura and Vicente Zabala. They are exceptional and the true essence of professional with a Smile! I recently had an issue with my refrigerator and they went above and beyond to ensure the issue was fixed on the same day within minutes!!! It was easy to write this review! They are simply the Best!!!

IMT Lakeshore Lofts is a great community to reside at -- wonderful people, both dog and cat friendly, as well as being family-oriented. The maintenance team is prompt and efficient, as well as respectful to you and your home. Both Vincente and Pedro consistently go above and beyond the call of duty to address any home repair. This place is quiet and peaceful, w beautiful lake views, and offers easy accessibility to nearby trails, restaurants, bars, entertainment and shopping. It’s a great little urban oasis.

Posted a review but it was on an old work account and it got taken down since they deleted my account oops. I want to quickly post again to shoutout the IMT leasing and maintenance team for going above and beyond! The apartment itself is unique and the lake views are everything. Nataly was my leasing consultant and she was so sweet and helpful and always checks in when she sees me! Maintenance has been prompt to any requests, Grady and Pedro specifically have come to fix things while I’m at the apartment and been courteous and professional. Overall really happy we decided to move here.

I had a great experience with my visit here recently. Already nervous as it is with the moving process, I was greeted so pleasantly with sense of hospitality that made me feel so welcomed and at ease. A lady by the name of Nataly was so helpful in answering all the questions that I had and guided me to narrow down what I would like to see for my apartment. Unfortunately, what I was looking for was not readily available at this very moment but I will see to it that I am first to act once availability is open!! Definitely has me excited to be apart of this community.

Went into the office to ask for information on available apartments. I was given absolutely no information & was told that the next available one bedroom would be available the 29th of march, which seemed very odd. So I went onto their website after, and saw there were a few available in the month of feb. Later, I asked my friend to call their office and the same lady told her they had a few available for move in this week. I’m not sure why I got turned away so quick. Maybe was racially profiled? Anyways, I’m glad that happened because I would not want to live in such a community especially as a well respected business owner. I will be taking my business to Amli, as they were very welcoming and had beautiful units. I will be using my platform to spread awareness.

I have called IMT Lakeshore Lofts home for nearly four years and it has been a tremendous experience. I have rented in four other states in the past and I would put the maintenance team at IMT Lakeshore Lofts up against anyone in the country, they are that good. Always friendly and going the extra mile to address any concerns promptly and professionally. That high quality of care for the community starts with leadership, and as the community manager Tina Moore does a fantastic job to set that tone. If any aspect of the community lifestyle is not up to standard, Tina will reach out directly to hear concerns and be proactive to remedy. That is not something that you always see from a community manager of a property this size, but Tina and her team put that level of care into this community and as a tenant it is very much appreciated. This is a place I am proud to call home and somewhere I hope to remain while living in the Metroplex.

I recommend IMT Lakeshore Lofts to anyone!!!!I have lived here 4 months now and IMT Lakeshore Lofts is one of the best complexes that I have lived in. The office staff has always been great to work with. They were very accommodating to us when we asked if we could move in early due to a flood in our current place at the time. They have been nothing but kind to us. The maintenance staff is outstanding. I put in 2 tickets today at 9 am. Now its 11 am and they just left with completed work!!! Unheard of from other complexes I have lived at!The grounds are always clean and well taken care of. The facilities are spacious, clean and also well taken care of. They clearly take pride in having a well taken care of complex.
