The guy who sits in the office, probably the owner needs to change his attitude towards customers, he just barks at the customers for any thing if you ask a question second time or if he does not like our way or opinion, it happens multiple time for me. One day I asked him over the phone how long will it take to fix the problem, he just started baring at me and hung the phone. He is a crazy guy.

They are honest in price , service and they don't recommend unnecessary thing and charge extra. They will do what is needed. Any body can blindly give their car to service to them and get good reliable service.

I have a Honda Accord Touring and have been going to Honcura for the past two years for engine and transmission oil changes, despite not receiving good service from the manager. However, this time the experience was particularly terrible. During the transmission oil change, I noticed the mechanic removed the driver-side fender liner, which costs $456 OEM, but he didn’t put it back. When I checked a few days later, it was missing.
I returned to the service center and pointed out the mechanic who did the service, but the manager refused to check with him. Instead, he responded arrogantly, telling me not to come to his shop and to complain to the police if I wanted. He was not willing to listen to my concerns.
I would rate this service center negatively and strongly advise against going there. It’s worth going to a showroom service station rather than this center.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received. The staff is not willing to listen to the problems I am experiencing with my car. They only perform a brief check and then claim everything is okay. When the car does not work properly, they refuse to provide maintenance. Furthermore, when I try to explain the issues, they are not willing to understand or acknowledge my concerns.
People are only going to this machine shop because of the cheap prices, but cheap is always cheap. The quality of work is poor, and it doesn't result in better performance for the car.

Great local mechanic shop, this is a hidden gems in Irving. We accidentally found out about this shop & love it. So far we took our car & refer 2 other people to this place.
Got the car back same day, and able to get a loaner from the shop owner to drive back to my work.

Took my car here for check up, great customer service , spoke with owner , and also able to my car done the same day
I came back for another car, who didn’t have part because it was so old & owner help me order parts from amazon with LOT & Serial number for the parts & took time to show me how to do it. Didn’t charge me any extra. And also save me over $500 compare to dealership.

We took my wife's Honda Fit 2016 for the inspection, and we were told that we needed to replace the camshaft sensor to turn off the engine light. We came back to pick up the car, and the mechanic misplaced the keys, and the engine light was still on, so we had our friend who's a mechanic for a BMW dealership, to look at the camshaft sensor that was supposedly replaced. He showed us that the camshaft was never replaced with a new part. The camshaft this place used was to beat to hell and was a used aftermarket part.

They took the time to look at my car, turned out being an easy fix, they just needed to tighten something. Did not charge me anything. Friendly people, will be back in the future.

The guy that works in the office should not be dealing with the public and is very unprofessional. Update, Honcura was unable to fix my car and told me that it was my computer, so I took it to the place they recommended GoECM and paid 295.00. GoECM said the computer was repaired and I took it back to Honcura and once again they said that the computer was not working. I took the computer back to GoECM and they tested it and said it was working and I then took it back to Honcura and the car would not start. I had the car towed to another shop in Fort Worth called Dealer Alternative and the car in now running. They said the problem was the fuel pump assembly. I had my car towed to and from Honcura and paid almost a thousand bucks in total for this and only for them to misdiagnose what was wrong with the car! AND they did not put the car back together see the photos.I will never go back to Honcura!

If you want to get your AC fixed for real, that's the place...very serious people and know their job. I went there twice and I never had to go back because, when they fixed it, it's always perfect ? ?
