I do not recommend this T.J. Maxx in Iriving. I came in today July 8th, 2024 who ever the associate at the jewlrey counter was this morning was extremely rude. She didn't ask any customers if they needed help. None of the associates working say hello they don't make eye contact with you one of the associates had her cart right in the aisle and the customer's couldn't shop. The older gentleman who rung me up was rude and seemed irritated like he didn't want to be there. I definitely won't come back to this location I'll stick with all the other locations in DFW where associates seem happy to work and aren't rude.

Clothes are thrifty, place could use some organización. One lady bought an extra long mirror and.tried going out the door with the basket. The cleark quickly told her she could not take the basket outside. They put bars on the basket so high that you cannot drive them out the door and convienantly take your purchases to your car.
He proceded to tell me why they attached the long roads to the basket. The store does not want to pay anyone to bring the buggies back in from the parking lot. My thought is thos. What about the frail people who can not carry a 40 lb. mirror ti their car. My goodness. What has retail stooped too?

Worst store experience. They have only few open checkout registers which cause long queues. Not worth at all coming to store because of 1 - 2 hr long wait in the queues
Usually stores have separate areas for checkout and returns. Here even returns come to same queue which is causing longer wait.
I have seen multiple people complaining about long queues in reviews but still no one took steps for it.

the store lines are ridiculous every single time i come into this store no matter what time of day. No other TJ max i’ve been to in dfw seems to have this issue. Would like someone to review with management and address this issue. 60 plus people in line and only 3 people on the register is insanity. and this has been on MULTIPLE occasions

On Friday I went to ask if the card payment could be made in the store, I went directly to the checkout and asked if there was someone who spoke Spanish; A very kind lady told me that the jewelry person could help me! I approached him and asked him... and he answered me! In a very rude way... who told you it was possible! To which I responded at Marshall's they told me and he tells me they accept payments and
I said no! She answered me... and why do we have to accept them!!! And I answered, it was just a question, thank you!!! It is unfortunate to encounter people who are in customer service with that bad attitude!!! I will definitely not return to this store!!!

This is the line right now. Only 3 cashiers. This line is around 75 people (3 turns around). Where’s the manager?

They like to lie to get you to sign up for rewards cards claiming there is no impact to your credit but SURPRISE there is! And if you call and try to talk to management any one of them will tell you they need to have someone higher up reach out and guess what??? No one ever does!! Weird huh?

I’ve found some nice stuff here, although I had to dock a star because the lines are always extremely long.
