Edit: the polish on my thumb has already cracked within less than 24 hours. The folks didn't speak English super well--which I didn't mind--but it made it difficult to communicate to my manicurist that the LED blue light was somehow stinging my hands, and he was confused why I pulled them out so quickly. I got a simple gel manicure, and it turned out ok. I would've liked if he applied more layers, because it looked a little spotty on a few nails. It may also be because my nails are short, but it felt like the manicure didn't really do a lot to improve their appearance? I guess I'll specify next time that I'd like acrylic nails to get the length I'd like.

This was such a relaxing experience in Irving. I'm from oklahoma, but I needed some tlc so I decided to go here for my nails and toes. Loan is the new owner and she was the sweetest lady! She did everything I asked for and more! If I didn't like something, she immediately fixed it and wasn't hateful about it at ALL!!!! The attention to detail and the service at this salon was top notch! Please go see Ms Loan and give her a chance! I would be a regular customer if I lived here!!! I'll definitely go back next time I'm in Irving!

The nails were gold but very rude service there
was a old man who was removingmy nail. Glue he was so frustratd that he was hitting my hand the guy in.gbe pictureis very rude . theres a baby in.tje the salon. In the baby bed which is really bad cps shouldsee this chemical and painy Strong smell is nlt good for healthof baby

Second time visited because after I got my nails done the first time Loan did such a good job I had to come back. I bought my Mom with me this time and she got her eyebrows & lashes done. I got my nails done and they came out great once again! Happy that I found Hollywood Nails!

I have been to this shop a few times and would pay for more than one person. I have really enjoyed the shop but there's one person in particular that puts a black eye on the shop and that is Tom. He is very disrespectful in all of my visits to the shop. I dread seeing his face. However, all of the lovely ladies are so kind in the shop. I would continue to go to the shop if it wasn't for Tom and his very rude demeanor. Today was my last straw and I will be finding a new shop. I got my nails done a week ago and on the second day one of my nails broke. Due to having work I was unable to go until the following week. Now a week later another nail is broken. I never have to get my nails done this often. Every two weeks at the most sometimes three.
