I am new to the Irving area and I found the Highlands via Google maps. The ratings caught my eye, I came to tour the community and the leasing office is super nice. Jackie assisted me on my visit she was super helpful and very knowledgeable of the community and the neighborhood. I really like their 788 apartment, I look forward to calling this place home. Jackie's customer service and the community Wow'd me! I really recommended this place!

Ms.Reedie was nothing short of AMAZING! Her customer service is unmatched and the property is gorgeous. Nothing but good things to say about this place. Most definitely would reference anyone to live here.

I had the best time ever moving into my new apartment. The employees in the leasing office were very kind and helped to make the process run smoothly. All of my queries were addressed, and I was made to feel at ease at every turn by their attentiveness.

I’ve been a resident for many years. I can’t speak highly enough about the management and maintenance teams. The management team has consistently demonstrated exceptional friendliness and professionalism, always addressing any concerns promptly. Additionally, the maintenance staff deserves special recognition for their kindness and efficiency. I appreciate the hard work and positive atmosphere created by these wonderful individuals. Thank you for making this a nice place to call home!

"Moving into my new apartment was an absolute delight! From the moment I stepped in, I knew I made the right choice. The leasing office staff were incredibly welcoming and made the entire process seamless. They were attentive, answering all my questions and ensuring I felt comfortable every step of the way.

I just moved here 2 months before and Jackie Zavala and her team helped us in clarifying the questions as part of application process for a smooth move in. Community is clean and regularly maintained with a friendly neighbor hood . My maintenance requests has been attended promptly so far. Universal academy school bus stops near leasing office which is a major advantage for my kid.. No complaints so far and would recommend to friends.

I don't know why this place has such high reviews, I have lived here since December and I'm severely disappointed. Stuff keeps breaking in my apartment and I'm constantly finding bugs in the 5 months I've lived here. The microwave door handle broke just from opening/closing the microwave, I've had the ac leak, a pipe broke under my sink, a few months ago I had so many wasps trying to make nests around my apartment and I've been constantly finding ROACHES in the past month. I had them spray a week ago from the date of this review and since then I've found 5 roaches in a week and I keep my apartment very clean. Extremely disappointed with the money I'm spending for a one bedroom apartment, I can't wait until my lease is up. You can find much higher quality apartments for lower /same prices in the area.-update: since posting this review I have found two more roaches in a span of 1 day :). They offered the solution of roach bombing but anyone with 2 braincells knows you have to roach bomb all apartments surrounding the area, not just one to get rid of the problem. The told me they normally don't have bugs but if you scroll back in the reviews you can see other comments about roaches. So don't listen to whatever they tell you.

I came into Highlands of Valley Ranch in search of a 2 bedroom apartment. While arriving I noticed how clean and well kept the property was and was so excited to tour and possibly move in. Jackie and Kayla both greeted me as I came in and I instantly felt at home. :) Unfortunately, the property did not have any available 2 bedrooms for my requested move in date, but with the amazing staff and beautiful property I see why. Anyone would love to live there! Also, although they had no availability, they referred me to their sister property that had availability. Talk about going all out for future residents! They’re amazing! Highly recommend if you are looking for a place in the area!

We recently moved into Highlands of Valley Ranch and the community is great! Jackie helped us right from application process until we received the keys to the apartment. Really appreciate the efforts of management staff and would definitely recommend this place for stay.

I love living here at Highlands of Valley Ranch. My neighbors are all incredibly polite, office staff is helpful and friendly, and the property is well-maintained. Far enough away from the city to avoid most of the hassle, close enough to enjoy the perks. I love taking walks on the trails near the complex or driving to The Sound for an evening out (just 10 minutes away). There are also, like, a dozen rabbits that just hang out around the property and they're incredibly cute and my dog loves to watch them hop around.

It's been a month since I've moved in and the experience has been really great. Good services and response. Management and the manager (Jackie) is helpful and responds well within the time frame. Hoping to have the same services continue. Highly recommended.

First off all, I want to say that my Leasing Consultant Jackie Zavala has been amazing. She ensured that I had a wonderful experience and made sure my move into my new place was seamless. She has been extremely pleasant, professional and more importantly she is very responsive. So grateful for her!Community space is clean, regularly maintained. Maintenance seems responsive, they came the same day I submitted my “new resident correction list.This apartment is near to a nice trail and also has lots of Indian groceries, restaurants nearby, There is also a park and library in close vicinity.No complaints so far and I highly recommend this community to anyone looking into a new residential neighborhood experience.

Staying here was such an easy experience. The community is quiet and friendly, management is very professional, and maintainence comes in a timely manner!!! You can't find that at every apt building. The Highlands deserves 5 stars
