They promised me to repair my ECU and after multiple phones and more than 2 weeks they told me is irreparable! On top they send me a invoice by 300$ !!! Stay away from this place!!!!

PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE REVIEWOkay I’m giving it a one star review only because I can’t give a negative 10 review.They stole my tcm for my 2011 chevy duramax. I paid them $1970.00 by zelle, because they won’t take anything else. (BIG RED FLAG). Absolutely did not work when I got it back 2 months later. I called them and they said they would stand behind it. I did send it back and after three more months they say it’s finished and I need to send them another 125.00 for it. Ok i will if they put in writing that it will work or I get my money back. ( we have to put it back on the bench to test it first) RED FLAG AGAIN I’ve called them several times and they hang up on me and the only way I can call again is with a different phone number.OK SO HERES THE FOLLOW UP ON THIS, I PUT THIS REVIEW OUT and got results.The company manager got back to me and said they would send me a different tcm at no cost which they did and this one works I’m running it and will update this page after I run it on a hot summer day. ( I can now call them again, they said it must have been a problem with the phone because they can’t block a phone number)

Regarding the service, I had a lot of problems. It took 3 months to give me a solution. In the end, they said that they couldn't find the problem with my ecu, but that they had one that they could sell me. The only good thing was the attention and service that Ana gave me. But that's all
