The checkout lady enter my tip in and did let me select how much tip I wanted. I also got stuck with a new eyebrow threader who went so slow that she caused me to feel her pull every single hair, would not have tipped how much she entered and if you go you should ask for an experienced threader!

I wish i can give them 0 stars, i had very awful experience at this salon. Staffs were very unprofessional and very rude. They didn't even answer any of my question properly. I did karateen treatment and it came out terrible. The product they use are very bad. I won't recommend this salon to anyone. Also, they ask for tip and if we don't tip them good they start talking bad things with their coworkers in their language.

Super bad service, the best ones have been done, now you don't know which one to use, my daughter went and asked for just cleaning her eyebrow and had it lined and when she asked for the mirror to look at the first eyebrow, she got angry and said like that, she didn't want it so He came out with one eyebrow shorter than the other...horrible place!!! It is not like before

If I could give zero stars, I would I literally had to post about it on my live on Instagram because I feel like if I didn’t have proof, no one would even believe me. This is so crazy. I went in for a full body wax. Tell me why she tried to wax me with a metal butter knife, and ripped them off with pieces of jeans they were using a wax where she used a regular eating container and the butter knife to constantly microwave it stir it and apply it to my skin and then rip it off with pieces of jeans that they claimed was a denim roll I told her to stop using that and then she said it would be an extra charge to use a wooden spoon and cutting strips. I told her I was breaking out from the butter knife and the denim strips. She just didn’t care. I told her stop Waxing and she wouldn’t stop. She was burning me with the knife, microwaving the wax over and over again in a damn eating container. I was so shocked I called the owner to let her know it was happening in her salon because this is completely illegal and it’s a health hazard and she was very rude and was like nope. If i could it a 0 star I would, so unprofessional not polite i would. I went to get my eyebrows only cleaned up as they have messed me up before and i had to let my eyebrows grow out for a year straight because they tinned them out i told the lady i only wanted them cleaned up and she sweep me under the rug, i told her let me see my eyebrow before she proceeded to the other one and she thinned out my eyebrow sooo bad i walked out without paying and she did not touch my other eyebrow

Went in with a friend for henna during busy eid celebration. They got us in, which was cool, but found that henna on my hand did not smell natural at all. More like a strong chemical smell. The lady just steadily ignored when I asked her what kind of henna it was. She spoke hindi just like me. Red henna had some different chemical that caused my skin to burn and left small blister marks. It was the first time I experienced burning from henna. I apply henna on my hands at least 3 times a year but never from heena salon. So I knew this henna was not the regular henna I'm used to.
I wish they let the customers know in advance! And better yet, tell the customer what they are using at least when they are asking you for information! The lady did not do the design I showed her on my phone. She just acted like she was copying it ? rude imbecil!

I have been going to this place for quite some time and they always deliver!! Maria is the person for me-- she is really really good! Patient, thorough, friendly and will not stop until you are completely satisfied! Will definetely recommend this place!!

I've been coming here for over a decade they are always clean, friendly, and fast. Definitely recommend to any one that needs threading fast or waxing done, eye brow tinting comes out great as well

WORST PLACE EVER. they are very disrespectful and they mess up a lot. they lie about prices and then they charge you even more. my experience here was horrible, very rude staff and they always gossip.

I had visited the place for Henna Tattoo Service. I found the service was overrated when compared to coverage and design for crafted. However the staff is very welcoming and friendly.
