**************** is the worst! The reps are rude and act as if your questions are a complete waste of their time. I've called on 4 separate occasions and spoke to 4 different agents and each time was a horrible experience. I'm a very patient person and I'm very easy going but how the customer reps speak to the consumers is utterly appalling!

Held on the phone for a long time because their website doesn't show in-Network providers well. The call gets answered and I can hear some lady screaming at her kid in the background. Had to call back and wait even longer.

I've had my first 2 doctors that I visited on the plan tell me TSHB would not respond to thier billing claims. I called to talk to TSHB.They said it was a problem on the doctor's end. The doctors said they have sent the claims to the exact address on the card. It's so frustrating! Something is obviously wrong if two separate doctors have had the same issue.

Husband's worked switch over to this provider. Our current doctors do not take the insurance and it is impossible to find a doctor on their directory. It is extremely outdated. The numbers don't work or the doctors do not work in the office anymore.

Tamecia.. where do I start about tamecia? Actually I will start with healthsmart by asking the company how they could hire such an unprofessional and unpleasant person to interact with. I think you as a company should really do a thorough review of this employee and how she is behaving, that's all I'm gonna say on this matter.

The worst "insurance" company EVER! Most of the doctors listed are dead, working in another state, or are retired. If you have an option of using this insurance and not having any insurance, I would opt for no insurance!

Claimed my doctors were covered. I found out later they were not on the plan. Also, found out out of network is non existent . Co- workers' doctors were not covered as well.

If you don't have an extreme amount of patience and nothing else to do with your time, DO NOT try to get assistance from this organization. The difficulty with making/confirming appointments is ridiculous. Surely they can find a better way to serve people who are already struggling.

Our company switched over to another management company. This was not my decision. HealthSmart refused to process any more claims and started denying all claims stating that the new management company would have to process them. HealthSmart had already been paid to process these claims for the time period in question. They failed to turn over ALL information to the new management company and refuse to provide it to me.Just because you lost the business does not mean you should act childish. During this transition I have experienced the absolutely worse conduct I have ever seen by any company.
