Extremely rude customer service. Been trying for weeks to get an issue resolved and have had no luck. Do not recommend.

This is just the worst!!!! Somehow my address and phone number are not correct in their system but its correct in the blue cross blue shield system that is tied to this account, You’ll be on hold for 30 minutes every time you call with no real resolution. Make it make sense!

This is worst experience from a service I could ever have. The took my all balance of the card though on the portal is showing I have full amount there . The member service is like a Bot - keep saying we are working on it for last one mo th now.
