I would recommended for the stuff to get more training on customer Service. I am on the phone as we speack been on hold for about 15 minutes. Due to me telling the sales representative if he could assist me with how many moving blankets they have in store and he instantly said 'NO I CANT ' . I referred back to the question I asked him and he stated he was to busy to stop and help . I ask to speak to a manger he started laughing and said the mangers where to busy as well and it looks like I would be waiting a while. Finally spoke to a manger and he didi assist me . Just was not expecting to receive that service just start purchasing from this company let alone this location.

Had every thing I needed, for not a lot of money. Staff was helpful , but you will have to track someone down, they are not fully staffed on the floor . All in all got in and got out .

The Irving TX store location I believe the store number is 00167. I was very impressed with an associate whom introduced herself to me as Stephanie. She was very helpful and so friendly I felt at home at this store. I had a lot of questions I needed with some tools I wanted to purchase she knew all the answers to my questions very knowledgeable. I had to tell her she had GREAT customer service. I asked for help loading my tools. While I backed the car in to my surprise Stephanie was waiting on me and she helped me to load my heavy items. I give Stephanie a BIG FAT 10 STARS. Harbor Freight you got yourself a winner! Stephanie I hope you get to read this. THANKS AGAIN! Thanks Harbor Freight for hiring GREAT PEOPLE.

Priced way better than the other hardware stores. Definitely shop here for my needs. Especially for our power washing service over at Pressure Washed Exteriors in Dallas area.

I entered the store approach one of the employees and asked him if they sell paracords, He said, no, we don't carry that in our inventory." I asked where can I find your rope, or twine, Aisle 13 he said, I went down aisle 13 and found some paracord bundles, I located this employee on aisle 12 and told him they do sell paracord, he said, ok shrugged his shoulders and walked off, This store missed out on a $30 dollar purchase, enough to cover 2 to 3 hours wage for one employee, If this one employee does that 2 or 3 times a day, He is costing the company 60 to 90 dollars a day in sales, He does not understand that he is their to assist the customers, to help them find things.

Whether you are looking for tools for a one time use or for the long run, harbor freight has reasonably priced tools, they have hard to find tools and it won't break your banj.

Had what I needed in a pinch. Car jumper cable’s!!!So glad that I have a membership with Harbor Freight. The cashier added a coupon on account of that. It totally slipped my mind.LolCha ching$$$

I like that I can purchase relatively less expensive tools and use them to get familiar with it and then if necessary buy a more expensive tool, unless the Harbor Freight tool is too good to pass up.

Good variety of tools. From great quality to cheaper varieties. Getting help in the store is hit or miss. Sometimes, there are team members who can help, and there are times when you can't get any help.

This is a new location. I went there to purchase 6 or 7 items that were Super coupon items. You can sign up to receive sales information and coupons. The store was well organized and the personnel were very helpful .
