Horrible ,Horrible way to treat a long time customer that have brought and recommended that store to many clients, the korean old guy rushed me to buy a wig that I didn't even like and it was used because he could let me try only 2 wigs, because I was in a hurry and he was so mean I felt forced to buy it in a way, thinking ok I will see it with more calm in my house and if don't like it I will go to the store the next day and talk to the manager the lady that I knew for so long, to my surprise when I talked to her about the situation and even offer to pay more for another wig, she so mean said doesn't matter if you buy all wigs I won't exchange it, and she just said don't waste my and your time etc. Etc. And I said ok you just lost a long time customer.By the way it was over priced 180 for a wig I will never use again, next time I will just go to Hair Depot in Dallas!

Typical beauty supply with Irving prices. I've never seen a sale here however, they always give me a few free items from the counter. Of course no one likes to be followed around the store, so know what you're getting. I personally like another beauty supply for cheaper pricing and better treatment.

Terrible customer service.. the Man at the checkout was extremely rude. He needs to stop staring at people , giving you that hurry up and buy look.
