“I’ve been going here for two years and love it. The convenience of the location and access are amazing for someone who may not have time to work out at the same time each day. They have all the equipment you’d need to reach your goals and training if you need (they don’t hound you to do personal training like some other gyms). Not super crowded most of the day so it’s easy to work around folks doing specific muscle groups or circuits.”

Hector and Brandon are some of the best coaches I’ve ever been around. For example, one week of training from a previous coach is equal to one hour of Focus training from each of them.”

7640 N MacArthur Blvd, Irving“This location is by far the most equipped and has futuristic machines. Only issue is whoever designed showers did it backwards. Drain is against wall and needs to be on outside. Pools of water going into dressing room. Water pressure is barely there. And unless your 7' the water wont hit you. Us 5' & shorter its like standing in tunnel. Water all around but nothing down center. Change out shower heads for hand held ones you can postion anywhere with those suction cups and find a way to increase pressure. Barely barley comes out. Temp is extremely too cold in dressing room. Building is cold but floor is ok once you start working out, but considerable difference from floor to dressing room. Extremely cold”

I learned a lot, made lots of cool friends and lost a lot of weight!I did the six weeks challenge and the goal was to either lose 25 lbs or 6% body fat and I ended up exceeding that due to the help of all the coaches there! They helped guide me towards the right direction and it was up to me to discipline myself enough to reach my goal.They recorded my weight and body fat percentage every week to check my progress and if I didn’t achieve my weekly goal then they gave me recommendations and checked up on me to make sure I’m doing okay. Nothing was strict or felt like a punishment, everything was up to me if I wanted to sweat or not. Over all everything was amazing! I always look forward to the next class if my body lets me. Recovery is very important to keep in mind tho cause ngl I was reeeally wanting to ignore it cause I just loved being in these classes. Everyone overall is so motivational! My accountability coach was Mau and we kept in touch throughout the entire 6 weeks, she made sure everything was good, made sure I stayed with my meal plan, she remembered my birthday, and made sure I was comfortable enough to keep coming in until I reached my goal. Like I said, it was an amazing experience, I have recommended this place to everyone around me and I will continue to forever! My mind is different, my eating habits changed for the better, learned a lot about nutrition, different stretches that I never knew before, learned how to box, and learned how to love myself even more! The only reason I am leaving is cause I’m moving, it’s very sad for me to leave this review but I’m glad to have the memories and experience with everyone here! ❤️”

I was trying to reactivate my membership by going to this location but I was unable to get assistance there since no one responded to the door. Thinking the staffed hours were inaccurate, I left a voicemail and left. Less than 20 minutes later, I received a call from Melissa, who called me from her personal number, and she was able to explain that the staff member there was actually training a group but that she’d be happy to reactivate my membership and it would be done today. This level of service and care is unlike anything I’ve seen from other gyms so it was greatly appreciated. She is the best!”

“I love Irina's classes at this gym. She teaches Body Works Plus Abs, Power Circuit and Zumba. Irina has several levels for each exercise so everyone can do the exercise working at their own level. She cares about her class. Her warm personality and encouragement make the hard work seem easy. Thanks Irina!!!!”
