Horrible customer service! They open at 10:00 AM, I arrived at 10:30 for a walk in. There was no other customers in the salon and 1 employee. I told her what I would like to have done and she asked me to have a seat and wait a few minutes. After watching her clean her salon and fill up each stations chemicals as if I wasn't sitting there waiting for 15 minutes I walked out, it wasn't until that moment that was when she wanted to help me. I ended up going to Hermosa Nail Bar and had an amazing experience with absolutely gorgeous nails!

I love this place! I love the way they do my nails, but when it comes to waxing my eyebrows the lady those an amazing job however she always gets wax on my hair and on my eyelid and today she left wax on my eyelid and under my eye. Anybody else have this problem?Service: Waxing
