Took my watch to change the battery and this place is very unprofessional. He gave me back my watch all scratched up from the back and peeled from the corner. If only I had a option to give it 0 stars.

They sent my watches to a jeweler who damaged one and misadjusted the other. They insisted on getting paid regardless. Polite but totally unreliable. Will not use again!
