Loved my experience. When I walked in automatically she greeted with a smile which you don’t see often. She helped me in every way which I appreciate it. She was professional and knew what she was doing . Also she is a very kind girl. Definitely coming back here :)

Door was locked at 7:40 PM on Wednesday, Nov 15th. Waiting in the parking lot for a while thinking someone would return. Looks like employees close up shop pretty early? Is this company policy and procedure?

I called the store looking for information and the associate "Raul" he wouldn't give his last name was incredibly rude and even hung up on me as I was talking I tried to call back 3 times and the phone just rang out

I would not recommend coming to this GameStop. The manager at this GameStop named "Raul" did not know what he was doing. I came in, trying to exchange my sons game console, for a new one, but to Rauls information he said I was not able to exchange the console because the console serial number did not match the one on warranty sticker. He wasted 30 minutes of my time, and when I called another GameStop he said, and I quote "That guy is an idiot.", and that the Warranty serial number and game console serial number shouldn't match at all. So, if your ever planning to go to this GameStop, I would not recommend it what so ever.
