Being part of FITT family is an amazing experience.We joined the 6 week challenge and decided to stick after that.Shout out to our great coaches Matt, Melisa, Jesus and last but not least Ellen.

I can't say enough good things about this place! I'm almost to my 'dream' goal weight and I couldn't have done it without these coaches providing the space and community to grow into my courage and strength. (down 75lbs in less than a year)
