I was very highly discriminated against working here and also the fellow black women who also worked here. When I tried to receive help from HR, I told them what happened, but never received a response. I decided to put in my two weeks and the manager Alice fired me the same day. I would not suggest anyone to do business here, especially a person of color. You are not respected, you will encounter hardships that other races will not, and your concerns will continue without being addressed.

I absolutely love this location since Carnell took over. I used to always avoid coming here to do banking for a business I supervise at because of long wait times. Since he has came here, he is fast and efficient. The staff here are also wonderful, they’re friendly and welcoming and never deny my deposits reguardless of how many I have. The other bank location at Krogers on MacArthur was were I was going regularly but the manager Maria Limon was always a headache to deal with. She’ll see a long line and always rudely confront her employees about what they’re doing wrong which makes me very uncomfortable on top of not even help them out. The straw that broke the camel’s back was when she told me from now I can do 3 deposits only and drive around to different locations to deposit the rest which is crazy considering I am a business account which should always be TOP priority for a bank or so I thought. But anyways back to this location it’s amazing and please keep Carnell around or I will have to close this business account if I have to drive around all day to find someone who can take more than 3 deposits.

I was waiting in line for over 30 minutes to deposit and get a new card they only did the deposit and i did get my new card or a temporary card service is normally better and faster but today it wasn’t I’m a regular here as well this is my favorite bank to go to and that i only come to i been coming here for years

I love this location. ?. Never had any issues, or had to wait long. ?. Everyone is fast and friendly. The Walmart location sucks!

This place is the worst do NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY THEY ARE FULL OF IT SPECIALLY THE MANAGER SHES ALWAYS ON HER PHONE I ALWAYS HAVE PROBLEMS WITH HER !!!the rest are polite and ALWAYS change my check but the manager never wants to change the check!!!!! She needs to get remove from manager she is the worst !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

0 Stars - Corporate and Bedford Hurst branch support is incompetent! Multiple attempts to resolve administration issues have been ignored for more than one year. Corporate bank officer placed me on hold researching my election to authorize Transfer On Death (TOD). Returned twice to let me know he was working on it then phone disconnected without returning my call. On a different matter, multiple notifications requiring me to set new password on my electronic account resulted in permanent account lock out. Multiple attempts to resolve through help desk, messaging, phone calls and in-person were ignored. Twice requested monthly statements to be mailed but no action was fulfilled. ATM was the only access I eventually had to my deposits. Finally I withdrew all funds from my account leaving $0 balance. My assessment is First Convenience Bank and First National Bank of Texas (Walmart Banks) are not proficient in English except as a fourth language.

Never had an issue with 1stcb. I’ve banked with them for about 10 years now. This location and other locations have all been nice. I don’t get the bad reviews. I like that they decorate for holidays as well. Especially Halloween :)

Harar Spivey was very rude when we approached. The tone was unpleasant makes me never wanna bank with this bank here. Not sure if she had a rough start but the attitude needs to go its very unprofessional and uncomfortable. If she is in management they need someone else for sure that is not professional management.
