I went to another shop they offered me 25$ for this ring. So I came here and I had no problem the guy was nice we laughed he gave me 75$ for the ring I was satisfied. I was treated great no one was rude I didn't have to wait. I had a great experience I hope they take these drills when I go back lol

Great customer service and they were patient. Go with REAL items that are WORTH something and they'll give you a good price on it.Don't listen to these Google reviews lol some people are bitter

The customer service here is horrible. Waited outside for 10 minutes after the store says it’s open at 9 AM. If you don’t like your job, don’t come❗️

Anthony &Marisa have been so helpful and they gave me some great advice I've been needing and I'm glade I walked in there and not other pawn shop there a blessing and have great customer service

Horrible service. Disrespectful & arrogant. Never go here this shop is busted and the employees try to scam you. Don't refer anyone here this place should get new management. I've called corporate and they will be hearing from me as well as them reaching out to you district manager has already been contacted. Horrible terrible service

This is great pawn shop! Customer service is A1. I go in look for what I need and I'm able to negotiate a price I feel comfortable with. There's a bigger fellow, great guy funny and easy sell to. Another guy, Justin, with all gold jewelry, rings, necklaces, he's got great customer service. Super nice and customer oriented. Definitely recommend using this pawn shop!

Guy with long hair was rude, very disrespectful with not letting me continue to talk, without interrupting. No communication, So tho the young lady that now works here. Is very plesenly nice. And was able to help with what I needed.

Customer service here is horrible. I barely ever get my purpose accomplished or why I come to this store. A worker named Sergio is completely emotionless and acts as if he hates everyone he interacts with. Also he is very judge mental towards the customers. And only does things according to his own preferences. Will no longer be coming here and have already been back and forth about 4 emails with their HR. Highly don’t recommend coming here.

Purchased my gun today and Justin was absolutely amazing‼️‼️ he always has a such a positive attitude and you can definitely tell he love what he does. On the other Sergio not so much. His attitude stinks and he just looks like he doesn't won't to be there..he has long black curly hair. Justin is awsome
