I am extremely displeased. I dropped my truck off at 10AM this morning to have my headlight replaced (one was out), check my engine (light was on), my oil changed & my windshield wiper replaced (one was broken). They finished at 5:30PM. $90 for an oil change is ridiculous. But when you look at the inspection of windshield wipers compared to the headlight I am baffled. First $84 simply to "check" the passenger wiper which I had already told them was broken. They didn't even fix it & I paid $84 for them to check it when I already informed them it was broken?? I don't get it. I paid $400 for a single headlight & oil change. Do not come here.

I drive a fleet vehicle and I had a flat. I had already put on the donut spare and the closest place was this Firestone Repair shop. I only needed a tire repaired . After four hours of waiting they did not ask me any questions and the car had 4 new tires, anew air and cabin filter, and a new serpentine belt. My take is that they take advantage of at least fleet vehicles. I for sure would not take my personal vehicle here . Because I didn't leave until dark I found out that I had a head light out and when I stopped at Auto Zone to get a new headlight I found a serpentine belt sitting on top of my engine. IT WAS JUST A REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE ALL AROUND.

They did what they said they were going to do. Also they were very flexible with our issue. The employee's were educated in the issues and were courteous. Will be coming back and referring others. Thank you

I came to this Firestone because it was closer to my apartment. I usually go to a different one but I wanted to be able to leave my car and get it properly serviced. They couldn't find my account which had the warranties for the parts I needed. I showed my statements from my email and he told me that there was no way he could access them on his computer. I proceeded to get the car serviced, they didn't do everything I asked. After getting serviced the car sounded worse than before. So I ended up going to my usual firestone and they pulled up my info from theirs and this shop's service history and proved that I paid an unnecessary $400.To be very clear, if this shop wouldn't have messed up with the service job in the first place I would've paid them an extra $400 for something I was supposed to get from my warranty. I trust firestone but not this one. I felt severely taken advantaged of.

I took the appointment and it was scheduled. But when I visited the guy says there is no appointment though I showed the appointment details and says I will have wait for hours to get it checked. Worst service. No more Firestone in future

Booked an online appointments for State Inspection. When I went to the store I was informed that appointments are not valid but they will get the inspection done and it will take 2 hours or sooner. Why offer online appointments if it's not needed? The checkin process was easy and I stepped out to get some work done. Came back an hour later to find my vehicle still in the parking lot. I waited another hour for an inspection that took less than 10 mins. It dint seem very busy but they prioritize other services where billing is of higher value. They got the work done and hence the 2 stars. Will definitely not go back here next year for the inspection.

Brakes: I paid $1000 and got all 4 rotors and pads done here less than a year ago and driven 5k miles, I get pulsing steering when braking and squeeky sound. When I went in they say rotors are not covered and they are worn out. I rarely take freeways so this is low quality for sure. Now they give an estimate for 700$ again.

Kindly please work on front desk lady. She is so rude and disrespectful towards the customers. I asked her regarding the air conditioning system. She told me very rudely that the guy who’s working on the system is not available. Later on I went outside and having a random chat with mechanic. She started yelling at me and the mechanic. I don’t think this how you treat the customers. I’m not sure how you’re services are but the customer service is disgusting
