If you need something, and they don’t have it. They can get it for you. If you’re a plumber, I would not recommend calling into the counter sales. Your order will always be missing parts, or have the wrong part. It sucks they won’t let you call the individual locations, but you can text them.

SO FRUSTRATING to try to buy a simple part from this outfit, unless it happens to be in the storem(1) Went to local store to get a simple plumbing part"we dont carry that"(2) looked online---yes we carry it online(3) Ordered online and it was supposed to be shipped to the local store(4) 4 days later I phoned store to check if package arrived in the store --after fighting their horrible phone system i was told "Gee whiz it was not shipped to the store something went wrong!"HERES WHATS BROKEN IN MY OPINION(1)STORE/ONLINE sales seem to be disconnected from each other. They live in two different worlds. with no real communication.(2) Customer Cannot phone store people . Call store in irving and I got somebody in San Antonio sitting at a computer, who claims they will 'check their system" and find the answer.(3) Ferguson has set up a Phone IVR greeting system to try to give people impression of a seamless billion dolar operation, similar to Home Depot's. But they fail on that point. So when you phone the greeting asks you to choose from MANY different departments --Go the store you see 2 people there --who is kidding who? All that false complexity does not help at all

By far this is the best Ferguson location in DFW!Jacquad, Dave and Joel know how to answer all your questions and can track down just about anything you could need. I can't count how many times they have saved this plumbers day!!Thanks for helping my small business function effectively!

Been a long time customer of Fergusons and will continue to be because of this store and the three employees jacquad David and also Joel will literally drive 45 minutes outta the way to get parts because of knowledge and consistency and quality customer service definitely 5 stars

Was told by lady who answered phone if I brought my existing faucet handle, even though I wasn't sure of the brand, someone there could help me. Drove out of my way only to find out the people that worked there were not very helpful or knowledgeable. Plus, very limited supply of sink and faucet parts.

Kendra save the Day. I got into Ferguson right before closing. She took the time to help me find the items that I desperately needed. Even make sure I got my invoice as I was too much in a rush. Your staff is great at this location. Thank you for the assist always. ??

My go to plumbing supply for about 10 years now. The staff is top notch. Always helpful and very knowledgeable about stock and specialty ordering. They are expanding to the space next door and I am excited to see what they do with much needed extra room.

The little old red head lady seems to be very knowledgeable but very rude! God help you if your not a plumber and have a couple extra questions. She must be part owner or something because any other store would of sent her packing by now.
