Absolutely the highest marks for customer service! We were in an incredible bind due to a shipping error for an important trade show and Jennifer came in HUGE to help us get signage printed same-day with beautiful quality! She had us immediately feel prioritized and we received so many compliments on how well the signage came out for the show.

Extremely Disappointed with Service
Had a very poor experience at this FedEx location. I came in to return a package, and the employee named Javier was rude, unhelpful, and showed a lot of attitude. He didn’t respond properly to my questions and acted like he didn’t care at all.
FedEx is supposed to stand for professionalism and reliability, but this kind of customer service is unacceptable. Management needs to seriously address this behavior—it reflects badly on the whole company. Very disappointed.

horrible FedEx customer service ever, my first time in to the store, and probably my last , today i have to ship few documents and went in to the store i gave my complete address but accept zip code, my phone turned off because low battery charge , the guy who is there was older guy, i asked him can you please help me to search zip code online , he simply refused saying , system wont let us do it!! what its a postal service! u should do it, I just exited the store! pls don't use this location..

I had the worst experience at this FedEx location. While I was trying to sort through my labels, the employee was impatient and allowed someone behind me to cut ahead. When I politely pointed out how unprofessional that was, the employee and the person who received the service both mocked me.
Also, when I explained that I’ve shipped sealed and taped buckets—without needing boxes—from multiple FedEx centers in other states, the employee responded in a dismissive and unwelcoming tone, nearly refusing to help. They said, “If you have, they weren’t doing their job,” which I found rude and unnecessary.
It was a frustrating and discouraging experience, and I left feeling very disappointed by how I was treated.

Extremely slow service. After dropping off six boxes, I returned and had to wait 45 minutes. I had prepaid shipping labels already attached and was simply waiting for a receipt. Despite patiently standing in line, I saw someone bypass the queue and place their boxes directly at the register. Javier scanned that person's box and provided a receipt. When I politely asked Javier to scan mine as well—since I had been waiting—he told me to stay in line if I wanted a receipt. It felt unfair and disrespectful to see someone skip the line and be accommodated while the rest of us waited our turn.

Worst customer service. I kept on looking for a print help but the employee “Javier” available at that time did not came to help after multiple requests even when he was not serving any other customer at that time. This caused me to pay extra as well due to wrong print not sure, if this is fed-ex strategy to earn more.

Fedex stole my return going to Samsung. Tampered the box, removed the item, and forwarded empty box to Samsung. If you search online, there are 100s of similar stories related to Fedex at Irving, TX location.

Absolute life saver! Walked in 30 minutes to close having left an essential form three hours away, and then, I couldn't access it at the store, either. Total nightmare scenario. FedEx Office employee calmly walked me through the possible issues and then printed us duplicates once they were resolved. Listened, problem solved, and in the end, saved the day! Thank you!!

Stopped by this morning to send a package and was greeted by everyone in there. They have so many options for package supplies. Francisco was very helpful and knowledgable . I Will definitely come back to this location.
