This is by far the worst FedEx location I’ve ever encountered. After seeing the low ratings online, I was curious—but now I completely understand why. The employees were extremely rude and unprofessional. It’s clear from the many similar reviews that this isn’t an isolated issue, yet nothing seems to be improving. I hope FedEx takes this feedback seriously and addresses the customer service problems at this location. The atmosphere was honestly intimidating.

This location went above and beyond!!!
I had over 15 packages all going to different locations for our company and everything was handled without issue.
Ray and Shay both took the hassle out of my hand and before leaving the manager Amanda stopped by and checked on everything for me and even recommended some great services for our business.
Thank you so much! I will be back to this location!

Not a good place to recommend, they wont let you to be comfortable while doing your work here, I will recommend near by residents, don't look about distance, go for another near by FedEx

I visited this store twice during my field work in Dallas. I was impressed with the level of 5-star service as well as the prompt service to the online orders that my boss placed for me. Excellent business partner.
