I have 38 yrs in customer service, 17 yrs HR, JUST CAN'T GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I wanted the long lamination and the guy said well if I cut it, would be, I didn't mention cutting. He became offensive and stand off. I asked for 2 he gave me 1, I need others but he act like he couldn't wait. So I end up running my card 6 times at this place because they want you to do the self-service, pay separately from other products. Then, while I was laminated, an employee interrupted to laminate for a customer, no one help me. The bad thing is I was in there longer than any customer, trying to figure it all out, I guess there's no more good customer service. I end up spending $34.59 I only need 18 copies which should’ve been at Black and White $.21 a copy. I also purchase 6 laminations at $2.75 and 2 at $4.99 I should’ve paid $24.78+ tax. They cheated me out of my money because they had me so confused on the copies and laminations. I had to go to the people like five times before I finally getting my order completed but they were eager to help other Customer laminate, but wouldn’t help me

I’ve been coming to this FedEx location over 15 years. Everything about them is still remarkable. I love seeing new faces even though I don’t live in the city of Irving anymore because of their excellent customer service I will always go to this location.

My god this was the most aggravating experience. I, like many others at this point do not have a printer at home. I needed to print a boarding pass and a form to go to my passport appointment. There was no simple way to do this (at a printing store). The email that was supposed to send a code took 20 mins to come through but only one code worked, the app I was told to install wasn’t working and I finally had to pay per minute to sit down and use the computer. All in all I paid about $11, wasted 30 mins of my time for about 4 printed pages. I will just go to a hotel lobby for free next time. Also, only one person working while there were about 6 customers in line needing help.

Google I'm back with a nother review don't deal with them every time I get a package delivered ther driver marks it as not valid address or I'm not here I have dogs a door cam and I be by the door now I can't get my package and I need it to work I'm so tired of this y'all need to do better stop hiring these lazy drivers that's just sitting on the clock riding out gas smh

Very polite staff. I came in on a Sunday at 4:45 pm and the young man was super helpful and polite. He even offered me a seat while I waited for my fax to send and was very patient and helped me through the entire process from start to finish.

The attitude is abysmal, service is even worse. Not surprising since their assistant manager JC, leads by example. I am surprised that this location remains open. UPS, for better or worse, is where I will take my business. I would give zero stars if allowed.

They only have two Print & Go stations. This location is busy enough to warrant one or two more. Waiting in line several minutes to print a couple of pages is no fun.

Didn’t plan on this but I had to brag about this location and Mr.Josue!!!! The team was awesome and very patient…I thought this would be a quick 5 minute print visit but it turned into 60 minutes and more purchasers. They work very well under pressure and I pray God increases the business here! May the prosper and ge to know they are all loved!

Worse customer service and too expensive. 2 days priority shipment does not delivers on time and they don't give option to deliver over weekends.

The guy that works there with nose piercing is very unprofessional. I needed help with printing and it was not busy at all but that gentleman was busy talking with another employee when i asked him to help he told me he cannot do anything. Please hire someone who can actually help customers and do their job.
