If I could give the customer service a 0 I would. I called more than 10 times regarding my product, that was delivered to the wrong address. I kept being told by several customer service reps that I would receive a call from the case manager; however, I NEVER did. Needless, to say I would Never recommend this service to ANYONE. If you can use UPS or another courier, please do so.
