Great shop. I've brought my BMW here several times. The service reps are very friendly. The front office are very good at communicating about updates with my vehicle. Very satisfied every single time.

I visited the shop for the first time this past week and couldn't be happier with the work I got done. A sensor was knocked loose when I had some parts replaced but they were able to fit me in at my earliest convenience (despite their busy schedule) and rectified the situation quickly, efficiently, and at no extra cost to me. The staff were all friendly and professional. You can tell the company really cares for their customers and are passionate about their work. Highly recommend their services! I look forward to working with them again in the future!

I’ve been going to fat joes since I moved to Irving back in 2006. Their work always holds up. They have serviced 3 of my cars through out the years. The staff is always friendly and courteous, and they let you know exactly what work needs to be done. Even if they’re busy they have squeezed me in if it’s something little like a nail in the tire or something. I have nothing but good things to say about this business and the employees

I dropped by today with an appointment to get my undercar shield checked as it was barely hanging there. They took in my car right away. I thought I would have to replace those shields but they said they could fix. Very happy with their services and quick work. The whole process did not last an hour to get my car back on the road.

I recently had my brakes done at Fat Joes. They did a wonderful job. My family and I have been using Fat Joe’s for over 25 years. This is the only place that we trust with our vehicles. They are honest and will never try to get you to do repairs that aren’t necessary and they always go over all options with you. I highly recommend them and I will absolutely continue to bring them my business.
