Place is never open on time. Hours says 11am-7pm. If these are not your hours then take it down. Drove all the way here just for you to be closed.

I did call and it went straight to voicemail. You all run a business with business hours posted. You can’t just show up when you feel like it. Customers rely on the hours you have posted. That’s a ridiculous response. You can help the poor and still run your business properly. I’ve used you all several times and you’re never open on time. No excuse for this. That is bad customer service.

Terrible Experience with Rude Customer Service
I had an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience with Fast Fix at Irving Mall. I brought a pendant in for engraving two days ago, and I was told it would be ready by Thursday. When I called to find out what time it would be ready, I was met with one of the rudest customer service experiences I have ever encountered.
The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was dismissive and extremely unprofessional. When I went to the store to clarify what was going on, he handed me the pendant back and said he “doesn’t have the time to do it.” This left me scrambling to get the engraving done elsewhere, even though it’s a birthday gift for my wife from our kids, and the birthday is just around the corner.
When I asked why he took the pendant in the first place if he didn’t have time, he became even more rude and uncooperative. When I inquired about his name and what would happen if I left a bad review, he initially refused to answer, then said his name was “Mike” and that he didn’t care because “I only work here!”
This level of unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable, especially when dealing with something as important as a personalized gift. I highly recommend avoiding this place at all costs—there are far better and more respectful businesses to trust with your valuable items.

I would never give a small business one ⭐️????. But I don’t want to rude on other businesses. I left 4 ⭐️.I had broken necklace in silver. I brought it to the guy. I had the ring that connect between the broke part. He said he has replace it different one and it’s cost $17 plus tax. It’s quite of expensive. but I’m ok with it. I went to pick up. He put on cheap metal ring on it with such a bad job. As well as the part I brought in disappeared. It was real silver. I was thought it in the box. I found out until I get home. I know it’s not serious about the cost. But the job he did unacceptable for the price.

They always do great work on all of our jewelry repairs, and we get all of our watch batteries there as well.Most times, on simple repairs, they can get it fixed while you shop at the mall. Depending on how many repairs they have scheduled
