Very bad place, the people who are at the checkout are despots, they ran my friend away because they didn't know how much 19 cents were. She just arrived in the country. Otherwise, they close before the hour and they will be late. It is supposed to be at 9 and they will be there after the hour. 9 how bad

I just went shopping and they gave me very bad service just because I didn't know how much 19 cents was. I'm arriving in the country. I don't know much about coins and they told me that if I wanted me to stop shopping, he and the brunette have very bad service. And they open very late and close early, it's bad that they treat you so badly.

Waited in line for over 5 minutes ringing the stupid bell because the cashier was nowhere in sight. I had 2 people behind me waiting finally the lady behind me said something to another worker who seen us waiting and she told her where the cashier was in an aisle somewhere. Why would you leave the re-register unattended st 1:20 pm?

I really feel so bad about giving one star but after the service my husband just received.Not helpful and rude.I will go see manager in the morning and point out which employee it was.

I would have to say the conviction of living close is the reason I go here. They don't require face masks or temperature checks (it's recommended). We usually find what we need but this store is limited due to the small space. I think it would benefit Family Dollar to hire Spanish speaking employees because of the area, but that's just me. Prices are great when the items are available. Once again I saw 5 U-Boats on the floor and three workers behind the register, only one register active. As full force of the internet age I believe Family Dollar will fail for being outdated. What I mean is no customer service inside the store or by phone, also this is an outdated store, and with Instacart and Door Dash smashing the competition of shopping you just don't line up. I took the best pictures to enhance your store, but again what a total disaster this store is. Needs to be updated, and start paying your employees more. I enjoy a good Family Dollar, and conviction but quickly I find myself at Sprouts for better foods, and healthier, cleaner place of business, and customer service with a satisfaction guaranteed. I know that we want cheaper products, but I am willing to pay more for food than the Family Dollar prices for food, its the same price at HEB, and Kroger not much of a deal. The employees here are Awesome! There is nothing DOLLAR priced about any Family Dollar so once that illusion fades you will realize that either you be honest change your name to represent your corporation truly or keep lying to thr consumer. No handicap parking, and small parking of a plaza area that isn't your parking just taking advantage of being cheap. This Family Dollar could capitalize in a huge way of monies if it recognized the potential Hispanics would come in if they were recognized in this one particular area specifically. I believe in this one area would change the outcome of Doom.
